What is the best part of working at the company?
Aquiring knowledge on health products. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Micro-managing things that aren’t really important. Not addressing bigger issues. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not great, in my opinion.  Too many conspiracy theorists allowed to spread false information. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Same monotonous retail duties.

A very confusing company for , especially not getting paid on time and the owner is constantly not paying suppliers.

Stressful with unrealistic expectations

It's been overall a nice experience working at Go Vita. Lovely co-workers, wonderful customers (mostly!) and fantastic products. The only difficult thing I've found, especially in the last year, that it's all about sales. How can you meet your KPIs and daily targets etc if there aren't enough customers coming into the store? The pressure is ridiculous and very anxiety inducing.

At Go Vita I would setup fruit and veg cool-room and tills before opening.Day was driven by customer needs. In between I was required to refill stock and merchandise. Ordering of produce and stock. Manage staff rosters and breaks. Overall keeping shop on track daily.

The most enjoyable part of my job was interacting with the community on a day to day basis. I worked along side wonderful and inspiring team of Naturopaths and Nutritionist and I was sad to leave the company. My job entailed Nutrition advice, dietary planning, supplementation education and advice and excellent customer service.

I had a very good experience at Go Vita ,the manager was polite and also the people at the workplace are very friendly a nd helpful.A very relaxing place to work and very productive and well set up company. 

A typical day at work would include everyone working as a team to display with what we learned about our products. The management was enjoyable to work with as we established a family-like culture.

The staff at my location are very nice and supportive people to work with, I get along well with all staff at my store. However management or the boss of my particular store is very passive aggressive and not fun to deal with, a very unpleasant person to be around.

I only worked there for one day as work experience for something to put on my resume and it allowed me to understand what it takes to be part of a work team and to assist customers as well as stock product and handle cash.
