Sometimes difficult to schedule project installations based on production requirements.



Get to work 30mins early to find out what the situation is. Enter cold storage area, collect reach forklift and commence clearing of production pallets. Start preparing delivery loads for trucks and load them as trucks arrives. Get picking orders to pick for following days delivery's and place in the racks ready for loading the following day.

meet alot of friendly people, leaned alot of skills like how to use an electric pallet jack, booking orders and alos cancelling orders. Got along with all the people i worked with, the most hardest part of a job was having to finish 200 - 250 oders before the pick-up trucks get to the dock. My most enjoyable part of my job was learning how to book orders and picking riding an electric pallet jack last but not least making new friends with my co-workers.

Working with good group of people, although even being permanent casual for years management still only see you as a number. From observation they could step up a bit on safety issues brought up by their workers and take more time to listen to their operators and crew leaders more on problem solving.

This company makes pasta however it’s at risk since a lot of people attracts rates but not get the work done. It’s also challenging role because our customer is woollies, coles or Aldi. It’s also at risk because they have have a lot of strict rules you have to follow. I enjoy my stay there it’s sad they have to lay off people too and they also change there agency too

This company look after there staff . They provide all the training to there staff. All staff members work like a team and Help's all the time. Everybody not think which position they are and they can work properly

work at general mills has been a good experience of learning and applying GMP and HACCP practices.
Great work and life balance, working 10 hours a day only for 4 days.
unfortunately they decided to shut down the plant in Mt Waverley.

Stressful, horrible place to work. You are treated like a pack horse. When you are injured due to the companys fault there is absolutely no support from the management.

A great warehouse to work at, looked after well, permanency would've been perfect but due to low requirements, and COVID-19, I need to look elsewhere.

Fast paced environment with a well knit group of individuals that manage to work productively and efficiently together. Areas of work vary, from pick packing to working as apart of the assembly line.
