The upper management was a well known bully yet people are too scared to speak up. If he takes a dislike to you, you are sacked, even if you do your job well. It was quite disgusting to see how he treated people and the effect on them.

Very much a male based business who treat women like ‘pretty faces behind the desk’.

I would give 0 stars, but my immediate manager and team were great.

I would never recommend for anyone to have a vehicle fixed by Gemini as workmanship is poor and corners are cut a lot. It is all about money, at the expense of customers and staff.

Started working here a year ago. Was great till it was bought out by a company that cares about its share market value and that’s it. Theres no real set process in place. Every worker is given a rough half assed process to follow and than just do what ever suits you. Sounds great till it starts taking its toll on you cause every body’s working for them selves and no accountability from management. Management must learn that what happens on the floor is there results of management.

Typical day:
Parts arrive for repair of cars, checking parts are correct & not damaged, matching parts to invoice. Labeling parts with job number & completion date, placing parts on relevant shelving or bin. 
Processing invoices, receipting to the job. Returning parts that are not required or damaged.
Assisting manager with quoting of damaged vehicles, liaising with insurance assessors. 
Best part of the job was my work mates, top bunch of blokes.

I love to work in Gemini nice shop and stuff i have unforgettable memories its my first job

All good only if i travel to work only a stressful for me far for me

Pay day hahaha and friday busy day

This has been my favourite job out of all my jobs. Although it was very tough work doing lots of manual labouring including cleaning, loading skips, painting and helping fix cars. My overall experience was amazing due to the great management and co workers. The hardest part was the physical strain of the job. The most enjoyable part was definitely the people that worked there.

Worst customer satisfaction and terrible communication skills staff not treated with respect customers always stuffed around and lied to. all about the money and the turn over not the people

it seemed ok at first but as time went on there were unrealistic targets to earn bonus ,i myself was bullied out of the company ,it affected my heath and my family life

great work environment people were friendly and supportive showed intrest in my learnig and helped where ever they could. management listend to my probkems and always tried to help

I enjoyed being a Parts Manager in a busy Smash Repair Shop.I was good at my job and the best thing was having a good rapport with all the  car dealership parts interrupters..

poor training as there are a lot of people working on a unit based system and don't have time to take the time to train workers correctly.
workers tend to not spend a long time at this sit.
