Not a great company to work for, especially in NSW & due to numerous factors. The upside is some of the people you work with and some of the clients, but on the other end of the scale, these same things are also the downside. They take on more and more work so will hire pretty much anybody, with no care for how well some of these people actually do the job. As they get bigger and bigger they do not employ enough management, with the result that most of management are burnt out and unwilling or unable to genuinely care about the issues the boots on the ground employees face on a day to day basis. Management are often almost impossible to get hold of, both for employees and clients, which is embarrassing. A lot of the time appropriate equipment is either non existent or trashed and barely usable, which again, is embarrassing to have clients see. Work life balance is rubbish, as they will hound you to accept shifts if they need you to, or give you barely any if you don’t ‘play the game’ or dare to decline shifts. Favourites of some management with little to no experience will often get preference over experienced, long time employees, creating a lot of ill will between employees. If you finish a shift after only for eg 4 hours, you are told you MUST call the office to be sent elsewhere, which is rubbish, as we are only employed on a casual basis, so there is no such obligation, especially if the shift was accepted with the stated 4 hour duration. Some of the other employees are fantastic to worked with, while some are unsuitable for the role and shouldn’t be obtaining any traffic control licenses let alone a WHS white card, but management will not listen when you try to tell them about some of the appalling behaviour. Owners encourage management to look down on the boots on the ground employees, and it shows. Overall, a company where a lot of the good people are demoralised and feel undervalued and like they don’t matter. Probably best used purely as a stepping stone, not for the long term.

Trying to running around all equipment in your arm to place them in the right place.

There are many group of people who can have a opinion on new worker. The manager needs to be more confident on how the treat There workers.

Busy flat out, and trying to have the equipment ready to go.
And drive to the next destination for the job.

The work work are great but the boss es of the company not so great

A typical day at work is picking up a vehicle (unpaid until you get to site) 
Didn’t learn anything new 
Management is ok for the most part, some are dodgy 
Hardest part of the job is travelling without getting paid for it while the company pockets the travel pay from clients, not getting home for 12-13 hours but only getting paid 8 hours

Made new friends and get along with everyone

Go Traffic A very professional company i worked for them in Canberra .they had good ethics and standards.
Even today i use all the information and training that they showed me

Was a great crew friendly and helpful loads of fun and learnt alot.. I would recommend to work with Go Traffic... They gave me a go an i made some wonderful friendships and have experience alot within the time. Thank you for the opportunity of working.. 

It seems they were only interested in the three month government funding that was provided once I got the job I was never called in for shifts in 5 months I completed 95 hours my training was really poor I just didn't receive any not happy with this company at all

Not a good company to work for, they are unfair, they bully and treat you very poorly. They defiantly have favourites at the company and the minute you do one thing wrong or your not available at their beck and call, you'll sure know about it!!!!!!!!

Lots of different locations and applications of traffic management, so you are constantly learning about rules and regulations that you must abide by.

You get to work with lots of different people from all walks of life too, which is fun.
