This is the worst company I’ll ever work for. I regret working here. The management and my boss have a very high expectation from me yet they don’t even teach me anything. Specially when I was new there’s no training or anything also the environment and people there are not friendly they only focus on them self rather than a team. The worst part in my job is that all the knowledge I learned and applied is came from self teaching. I need to learn everything on my own I’m feeling that I don’t have a colleagues and boss at all. The most enjoyable part in my job is that if my shift is almost finish.

It'd be a good idea to start making casuals permanent after a set amount of time with the company. If management ended up pushing their employees to work harder, and to prove themselves to become part time, and then eventually full time and then management, it'd be better for the company and better for the employees, because the turnover would be big enough for everyone to have a chance within the company.

GMP is a well reputed firm but their staff is letting their reputation on floor.  They have staffs who even don't english and even cannot understand basic english even if they have a position on line leader, leader, manager and etc. They just using their own country language and abusing new people. The culture of the workplace is very bad because there is only two community people and they are just using their own language which is very rude and irrespective.

You need to be physically fit and mentally strong to work in this Environment. GMP  is producing various medicines and ensures its quality standards. People work inside should be very clean and always follow hygienic standards. We get enough break to get relaxed and when we step inside the company, only focus is work. We have mixed culture working environment and it was new to me

Work for the company for about a month. It was good, people are helpful, team leader i work with is very helpful. Environment are multicultural and diverse. Work a lot of hours and overtime even on weekends. Good for people just wanted to work and earn money. Pay is ok, enough i would say for a family. But for without family would be great. I left the company for better opportunity. 

Directly reporting to managers and expectations are very high. work life balance is poor.  Pay scale is also a bit low . how ever fast you work at the end you are said " you have to work more faster, more accurate and still You need to cover a lot ."

I worked 3.5 year I was working as a line leader.it is multicultural compay.I have good work experience. Managment is good not get good help evey time i was doing labelling

My job is a packer,workday from 3pm to 11pm on the weekdays.
work with people form different countries.The hardest part of job is to focus on the products. The most enjoyable part of job is that everyone helps each other,I will never forget working in GMP.

It was very heavy job to clean the rubbish of soft gel productions. The rubbish bag sometime contained over 35Kg. Sometimes two staff could not carry a rubbish bag.

New in the working field, GMP Pharmaceuticals was my first step to full-time employment. Department staff were spirited and helpful in every question I had with the job. Supportive team that helped each other
