late afternoon shift work that fits in well with daily life. you can do your shopping, pay bills, school run, being social. due to starting late in the afternoon and working into half the night.. work colleges are more than willing to help and take the time out to teach you skills in cleaning.. The area manager is great to talk to with any concerns about the work place or other workers. The work environment is great there is music playing at all times, the office staff do their best to help keep out of the way of us cleaning the site and offer assistance where possible. The hardest part about the job is making sure you do not disturb the office workers while they are doing their important work. The most enjoyable part of the job for me is seeing where i have cleaned and knowing i have made that area look as tidy and clean as i can..

Well, to start gjk facility was the firdt one to provide me that oppurtunity while i came to australia for my academics.on the very first day i was there to perform and without any delays along with the guidelines tips and orientation i started the job.there were several other staffs from different countries and obviously it was a challenging task to perform.well though i enjoyed that part of job.the management was a combined form of the reserve bank and the facility provider, however it didnt lead any confusion. The hardest part of job was to manage all the assigned task without a question sometime.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The job site was great and the staff on campus 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of communication from managers and the so called supervisor on-site 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very very poor and another company that bullies it’s staff and when you stand up for yourself and call workplace health and safety they sack you 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Cleaning the campus and customer service

I worked in the Vic regional areas for GJK for two years and it was ok job. 
Management was poor though and not much communication from them.  Only if there are problems, asking you to fill in for someone to clean at and inspections coming up that's when you hear from them. 

The Enjoyable part is meeting new people and friendly people wherever you clean at. 
What I learned from it is do a good job of cleaning and customers wont complained to GJK about your work. 

Hardest part is sometimes finishing it on time and not much of a work life balance.

I’m like any full time or par time job

I dedicate myself to the tasks assigned to me, but they tend to give me more work whenever they see I’m capable. This is in stark contrast to those who perform poorly—they hide out in the restroom or cleaning staff rooms, avoid hard work, and yet still receive the same pay as I do.

As for management, they’re rather indifferent. If you’re sociable and close to the supervisors, you’ll be well-liked and assigned easier tasks.

Getting told not to return to work as management didn't like the worker instead make false allegations against a worker

Mixed and welcoming staff and very good to get along with 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
All quick and go go go never can stop with only 4hrs work time goes quickly

Work must be done in a good  environment. Working under the pressure is not good . Management must be done properly. Work is needed to be done sincerely. Good facilities must be provided to get the quality of cleaning. Equipments are to be provided properly. Work Health Safety should be done for every cleaners as well the members of the team.

Good working conditions and a great experience. Friendly co-work.
The managers are also very cooperative.i have learn alot of new things from my job. I have contributed in saving the community from corona virus as by cleaning the trams by sanitizer spray. I didnt even left my job in the most dangerous days when corona was spread and the lockdown started. I risked my life because i dod commitment with mu super visior

cobweb and dust buildings
My coworkers are all nice people they help you out whenever you need a hand.The hardest part of my job would have to be taking the rubish out and the best part of my job is that you get to have a little chat whilst working so you get to know your fellow workmates.
