I had the opportunity to work as an HR intern at GAO Tek Inc., and my experience was outstanding. The internship allowed me to develop a wide range of skills essential for my career growth. The professional environment at GAO Tek fostered my learning and provided me with valuable insights into the HR field. One area for improvement would be offering opportunities for interns to transition to full-time employment. Despite this, I highly recommend this internship to anyone seeking substantial professional development.

 The things I learnt from this internship will play the most imp  part in building my carrier. I have learnt techniques of recruiting selecting the candidate which would help me in the future as well as the work environment is very diverse. I have met many people who are different diversity them  enrich my  communication skills  as well as I worked as a leader how to work in an organisation.

Usually a typical day would consist of posting job posts and replying emails. Often interviews would be conducted, if the candidate would be considered. I learned a lot about how people are in that specific setting. I have unfortunately never communicated with upper management, so I can't really give my opinion on them. The hardest part is meeting the quota, as an up and comer might struggle. 

I learned a lot about the Human Resource management. As a CTL, I had to manage the three teams of Australia. Each team had more than 40 HR interns. Each intern has to hire 15 interns for the completion of the internship within three months duration of internship.

A typical day at work as an HR Intern, will be sourcing for candidates, reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, giving update on job activities. 
I learnt quite a number of things, I was able to develop more confidence, soft skills and as leadership skills due to the position to the Assistant squad leader amd later the squad leader. 
The workplace culture is great, you always get listened to, you can shared your opinions easily. 

I was an HR Intern. It would be good if you get to gain the experience for startup your career. Overall experience was good. The work environment is good. You can learn a lot from the team. We usually talk with the team members only. No top management was involved in the whole internship tenure.

I was in the People division. I learn almost nothing, we let anybody, literally anybody who speaks a tiny bit of English to this "international team". They say flexible work as long as you can complete 20 hrs per week. That's a lie!
They require you to be working 5 days a week, and sometimes even weekend... 
They don't even pay you. Also, management change every month and by the way you're managed by interns. I never met a full-time worker.

The internship was for the HR role. I was involved in screening resumes, scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding processes. The Internship offers flexible working hours but no compensation. There was not effective communication between the interns and Management. The training process was also very limited. Overall, it was an okay experience for an entry level role.

i again the good work experience and some knowledge about the hiring process,and build by communication skills.Working at GAOTek as an HR Intern is helping me get real-time experience in how to work in a corporate setting. Managerial staff and seniors are accommodating and understanding. A great platform for freshers to do their internship.
