Freo Group provided a variety of working environments in different locations. As it was all shut down work there were no set timeframes. Organising work life balance was difficult as there was unknown working and home timeframes. There was usually short notice departures which made work/life difficult, but I was looking for as much work as possible and they accommodated this need.

A typical day starts with job allocation and then prestart the vehicle to ensure safe for use. Drive to site and meet with client to discuss the job. Do all relevant paperwork then setup crane for lifting. The thing I liked most was that no two days were the same and on most sites the people you worked with were friendly and helped out where they could.

With the exception of a couple of decent supervisors this company from top to bottom will treat you with absolute disdain. Two blokes crash a company car and the manager wants to know the condition of the car without a worry for the employees in it. Then docks their pay while they're in hospital for half the morning getting checked out. That about sums up this company. 

Routine cranage with experienced co-workers doing various tasks.Safe and secure jobs performed daily in mine in high temperatures ,situated in the dessert.Well organised personal .

very stressful more paperwork than actual work too many procedures not a lot of work due to they are pricing themselves out of the market too many people trying to climb over the top of you to get ahead no advancement in job

had a good working life , job advancement  , quality management  . learnt the safe operation of large cranes completing complex and very heavy lifts , great crew working at depot . helpful staff . enjoyed my time working with company

The place is ran by incompitence and a lack of hnowledge about cranes rigging and trucks on top of that they will take 5 dollars off you at every chance ppe gear is poor and don't expect anything more than a pay query at Christmas time 

I really enjoyed working for freo, I was never treated unfairly and I was always informed on what was going on and and also how they thought my progress was going.
I would gladly work for the company again for sure.

Worked at Freo full time before having my first child. Went back part time until I had my second child. Always had work available for part timers returning
