A typical day in the office would be having a staff meeting to talk over the previous day of sales to see what people were struggling with. We would then be calling off a dialer and ringing between 100-150 people a day, out of that being able to get 4 sales for the day with a target of 20 for the week which would then enable you to hit your target. I learned a lot about being calm/relaxed and to explain the product in depth to make sure the customer had all the information before making a decision. The management and co- workers were extremely helpful if at any time you were finding it hard and couldn't sell then meetings would be arranged or one to ones. The Hardest part of the job was to keep your cool when being confronted by people on the phone who didnt want the call. The most enjoyable was the pay and daily cash bonuses every day and early finishing at the wkend.

A typical day at work was 10am- 6pm Monday- Friday making outbound calls to customers from a database. While working at Freedom Insurance I learnt how to speak to customer's in different ways to generate as many leads as possible before they were transferred to the sales team. The management was well organised, each week we worked towards KPI's and various targets they set. The hardest part of the job was to keep motivated until the end of the day as it was repetitive. The most enjoyable part of the job was hitting targets and knowing you've hit commission for the week.

The office space is nice and open, however there are a lot of big personalities in that space so it can get loud which is difficult, especially when trying to sell. The hourly rate is good which makes the cold-calling forgiveable. Lots of scope for commission too.

Telesales, they describe as warm leads but most are not. Selling funeral insurance over the phone, 1 year free trail. If you're good you can make a LOT of money and the base is okay too

Expected to do overtime especially if you haven't hit your target. Very high pressured environment, made to feel not good enough if you don't need expectations.

Loved every second of my time at Freedom. Pay is very good and alike with the commission structure, Training is very helpful and the atmosphere makes everyday a breeze.

Great place to work, great managers, great salary plus commission. Great location. Great office. Overall best company I’ve worked for. It’s a shame it closed its doors 

It was a great place to work it's a shame it was bought out by a horrible company Noble Oak. Freedom Insurance had good management and was a decent place to work.
