I would not recommend working with this company. Although there were members who are fine, the company as a whole does not conduct themselves in a friendly professional manner towards their employees. Higher management is egotistical and have little respect for their employee base.

The site team was excellent and close knit

The most enjoyable part was interacting with people across all levels of the business
The hardest part of the job was the interstate travel

Good company, awesome pay. Workers are mainly all old Albanian men who run old school. Need to keep up with time and take the stick from out their a**. Too many gossips. Only stuck around for money. Higher up boss is good always up for a chat but shift supervisors need to get off their high horse

Communication in any business is key and generally business's get it right, however, across departments is where I thought we struggled as a business.

Business undergoing restructure requiring considerable change. Evolving structure and culture. A lot of management changes. Considerable retrenchments at the time.

started at the time of the GFC. FI handled the home insulation program poorly, NSW had 6 state managers in 4 years and 3 GM's. Products on the other hand are first class.

Direct manager is fantastic with bigger management being a bit slow on everything. culture is great with fantastic office banter. real collaborative team (but also small)  

Working diligently towards safety goals in trying times.
Senior management have a genuine desire to perform safely as do most of the workforce

All together, wasnt there much so I couldn't accurately describe how it feels to be there. While my time employed however, it was a very pleasant place to work at.
