What is the best part of working at the company?
The flexibility to choose your clients and the support you want to give. The co-ordinators are supportive and respond in a timely fashion. You are able to set your own pay rate. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I haven’t experienced anything stressful to date. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I work independently and autonomously and there is no office to attend.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I travel to clients homes and provide support services.

Clients are matched through their “5GF app” and you reply to accept  or decline the client and the shift offered , shift  hours can vary from a few hours to 4-6 hours, clients put down what type of service they need, for example cleaning domestic assistance, transport to appointments, personal care, etc, therefore keeping the work environment varied and interesting 




As I'm a full time employee you do long hours that caring hours which make no sense. Almost do 4.5 hours a day plus driving in the car. Can not claim all of the ks anymore.

I have all he certificates but I mainly get cleaning jobs. The care and med assist should be our first priority but it's not. Also if your away sick then the shifts should be filled by another helper.

Also most of our breaks are are driving to a members house  and not getting out of the car.

Company matches client with their carer.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having little direct, face to face conversations with senior managers.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Mostly wonderful , as I worked in my clients home.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Great. I loved working with aged people, supporting them to remain healthy and happy in their own homes.

Great company with come great ideas but the care plans are not clear and up to date some are 12 months overdue for an update. The office staff who call are lovely but communication is lacking. Can take days before they address issues witnessed by staff. Some staff use and abuse the honesty system and still take a wage even tho they are not doing the work! 
They are lovely clients we work with and they are always so polite and willing to just have a chat. 

It's like having your own business.  I did lot's of extra training so I would feel confident I was caring for my clients and improving their quality of life.

Kind and caring manager who would go out on a limb to help their staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to work under, especially if you’re in a rough spot.

I did although enjoy it 
It was very flexible but just not alot of hours
