100% the worst company i have ever worked for. There is 0 work-life balance, the management is beyond poor, the way employees are treated is disgusting, the power trips are a constant thing with people all through the company and the level of unprofessionalism is frightening. Forever grateful I left this company as the way i felt after every shift is something no one should ever feel. They couldn't care less about their employees well-being and will do nothing about any genuine concerns from employees to make work more enjoyable. As long as you're bringing money through their doors and find a way to sell their insanely overpriced items they are happy and if you don't meet their unreasonable targets and standards you'll be fired with no warning or handed written warnings with 0 explanation. Couldn't recommend working here less. 

Management is over bearing, often ridicule staff. 
Are told not to call on sick unless you have proof you are in the hospital, required to provide a medical certificate for every single sick day or you are not paid and are issued a formal warning. 
Contracts are ignored. 
Bullying is ignored. 
Unattainable targets, KPIs and commission. 
Staff are named and shamed infront of the whole company each week if these are not achieved. 
You are constantly watched over surveillance cameras. 
Unpaid staff meetings, training and online training that are all outside of work hours. 
Expected to instantly respond to messages, emails, phone calls and app notifications at all hours. 
Roster constantly changes with no notice, sometimes within hours of the shift which staff are expected accomodate.

Worked here briefly a few years ago in a sydney store. it is awful if you are not an anxiety free outgoing socialite. Management was lazy and passive aggressive, coworkers were cliquey and uninviting. pay was amazing for a 16 year old, but it was not worth it because the job was making me want to bury myself. Management did not care about my health issues at all, and did not understand why i wanted to prioritise my other job that i had worked at for two years over them when i had only been there a week. was treated more like a sales target than a human being and when i said i would be quitting i was given the cold shoulder by management and berated in front of customers.

The upper management team seem to enjoy bullying their staff.
From forcing them to come into work sick, as was my case.
Being told that I had no other choice.
Maybe treating unskilled people this way is one thing, but treating a skilled person who knows they can get treated better in bigger companies is another.
They remind me of a chihuahua, lots of barking from a small company trying to act bigger than what they are and thinking that’s how you do it.

Higher management pretends to care about mental health and all things relating to a healthy work place but completely contradict themselves by being condescending, shaming people and never mentioning anything done well. Started off as a fun place with Co- Workers but the management is very corrupt and claim to be “on the same level as everyone else” until they have to get their hands dirty. Would never recommend working here.

Overall communication at this company need work. You will work with great people but the let down is the management, one will tell you one thing where as another will tell you something else. The company owners are around but not when you actively need them. The overall company structure needs work. While I was there 6+ people left. 

Some management issues!!!, overall the store just didnt really do well but there were some really great aspects to the job, im sure it be great to work in a store in a busier shopping centre but no one in penrith is buying $250 worth of phone protection. Odd croud. Compulsory UNPAID staff meetings. 

It is a good place to work, you can have a lot of fun and meet some really nice people. However, there are those that do not care about the customer. As a result, the rest of us have to trry and fix any problems that have occurred.

Enjoy my time here at this company, lovely staff, great atmosphere would recommend to anyone and everyone. What a fantastic opportunity for those wanting to improve their sales skills

Great company to work for and to gain experience and learning to work towards KPIs, great teams and loyal managers. And learning with mobiles phones and protection
