Set up packing area ie: order cartons, labels, pallets, organised paperwork, safety check on machinery and work area.
I was trained on machinery which made the product we packed.  Management was well organised and I got on exceptionally well with them.
I worked with many cultures and was also training them.  The language barrier was no problem for me as I found ways to communicate with them, most of my training I did with them was hands on.
The hardest part of the job was sometimes my height but I overcame this.
The most enjoyable was working with different nationalities and being able to get on with them.  My work colleagues and I had lots of fun as was management.

Like to team I worked with, I also like how the company works 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
For myself I need to say taking work clothes on and off every time I lift the working space

We all work together like a team 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Head down doing your work but having fun at the sametime

They do not care nor do they have any empathy. Hated every minute there. Glad I am out. Management are very callous. They exclude you and make you feel very paranoid. The owner is a nut case. They have no people skills at all. They get rid of people just because they don't like you. Terrible culture.

A lot of double handling,  short staffed, ridiculous expectations,  underpaid. People in general lovely to work with,  management are under control by controlling CEO.  Management are just yes-men for the CEO and do not support the one's who do the dirty work.  Do not work for this company.

Largest staff turnover I’ve ever encountered. Little to NO support.

I worked there as a maintenance fitter on salary.  I put in a great deal of hours which I could never recover any form of compensation.  The work was however rewarding in other ways due to the variety of tasks and progressive vision of the company.



Enjoyed the work, operating batching vats and packing machines as well as QA. My fellow workers were great too but the management there was very substandard.

all nice and lovely people to work with. At first I wasnt sure of what the work culture would be like, but as soon as I got in, they were like my family. The work ethics is excellent and I highly reccommend them.

Chances of progression low to none existant. Owner rules with an iron fist. Don't speak your mind as you may not have a job after it. Only good thing is the hours of work.

A stressful culture driven by an erratic owner who constantly targets staff she doesn’t like. Lead by fear and corridor talk. Schoolyard gossip is rife. Good products that make a difference in people’s lives..
