the hardest would be the hours but it's not really that bad, I will say yes to over time if needs must

This company gives false promises on available work. Get told lots of contracts available and you will have plenty of work. Load of rubbish as all I got was less than two weeks. Also get told you will be required for the duration of the contract, however it was only two days. Management communication skills are less than desirable.

The staff at Final Trim were very kind and helpful.
I worked for CPB on the North Link Extension, the best part for me, I was given a list of machines that needed fuel and times to be there and got to know the operators quite well. Then on my last day they told me I was spotted where I wasn't supposed to be a lie, which turned out to be their reason get rid of me. 
All in all I liked the work

Was told there was plenty of work, turns out there was only 4 days,  management lacks communication skills, fails to follow up,  and will lie to get you to come over to there company in regards to work, when really they only need you for a few days,    So work at finaltrim only if you have too,  There are better labour hire companies then this

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever worked for!! The boss is a slave driving person I’ve ever worked for!!

Do not ever work for this person. He will promise you the world and give you nothing.

I was working on a casual basis, so the hours were very flexible which required I to be pliant. I was working at the domestic airport laying pipes, doing labourers activity's which a trade assistant is required to do

Totally enjoyed my job with some awesome bosses and met some neat co-workers.  Working 6 days a week driving the water cart and other machinery.  Good working hours.

Final Trim didn't pay penalty rates at the right rate, time and a half & double time. Tried to get out of paying back pay until threatened with union.

Great place to work, lots of friends and nice people around they're all really good and great staff with greater people and what have you with this that and the ither
