•	I have worked for both large and small organisations throughout my career in both managerial and supportive roles. I consider myself a valuable team member who facilitates smooth day to day operations and contributes to a positive team culture and work environment.

•	Almost all my past employment has required customer service and client relations at some level. 
	
•	All my positions as a fitness instructor have involved motivating and encouraging people from different social and cultural backgrounds. I have excellent interpersonal skills and communicate skills, which have abled me to be successful in this field.

•	Most of the positions I have held to date involve being able to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a busy work environment.
 
Whilst in the British army I served in Northern Ireland and Sierra leone. During my time in Northern Ireland, I preformed policing duties in order to try and quickly resolve life threating conflict between two paramilitary groups. Daily, I needed to follow verbal instructions, as well as react and adapt quickly to my surroundings in order to maintain normality.

Quite the opposite of Bailey's Fitness, there is a level of motivation to work here as the hourly pay is good and most clients tend to be lovely people. Management culture is militaristic but that doesn't hinder progress nor work balance within the company. Hardest part is starting work at 5am and on busy days, ending up at 9pm. Still, meeting new people is fun and enjoyable.

Owners are do as I say, not as I do.  They are trying to build a business and complain about how many hours they have to work.  Put a lot of their responsibility off on trainers.  When they want to shirk their responsibility, they make them tear down the equipment set up from the day and set up for the next day by themselves.  These people lack integrity and honesty and do not pay commission as they say they will.  It’s a drama work environment too.

If you love fitness and love to help people F45 is a fantastic place to start your health and fitness career. 

Depending on the studio you work for hours will vary but expect early mornings and some late evenings including weekend work.

As it is a franchise there is a ceiling in terms of progression but it is a fantastic place to cut your teeth working in fitness. 

F45 Cecil Hills is an absolute pleasure to work with. The management and fellow staff are very approachable and friendly. This is the best place that I have ever worked at. No bad words at all. The clients always make me feel very welcome, and I enjoy every minute that I am there.

Job includes demonstation, instructing and guiding clients to reach their fitness potential. Guided my technology, we are there to assist and support clients, in a welcoming and encourage atmosphere. The culture of F45 is dynamic and fun, with a family like atmosphere to train within a team.

A great opportunity for any trainer. You get paid to learn. Super fun environment a great work place. Packing up and setting up can be a work out in itself. You will make great friends and grow as a personal trainer.

The management and fellow staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. Some clients however, felt very snobish and some felt like they were too good for you. Majority of the clients were very friendly and fun to work with

Great work atmosphere, I get to hang out with amazing people and listen to good music all day all while doing what I love! I have the opportunity to help change the lives of the general population in the local area. Who wouldn't want to be a part of something special like that!

I first start group classes at F45 Balmain has been an amazing experience. Great Management Coach, really supportive and great knowledge. I been really lucky to start my Coaching experience in this facility.
