What is the best part of working at the company?
I was lucky enough to have a great Team Leader who was so valuable with his knowledge and the way he provided the information to help.
The hours were good and the ability to work from home 2 days a week was good.
Wages, could be better.
Working in Brisbane sux haha trains suck. Cost of trains suck

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being paid monthly is extremely hard. As is the travel on trains. Arghhh

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Environment is good. Can not complain. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Dealing with a variety of people every day . Some issues presented are minimal,  and others aren't so.. 
This company ( firt2work) is customer focused.

Pros:
Work life balance
25 annual leave + 1 company day + birthday leave + mental health day leave = 28 leave per year

Cons: 
Toxic culture in Melbourne
Restructures every 6 months since I've been there
Decisions made in USA negatively effecting those in Australia
Being moved into a completely different role without consultation after a restructure.

Workplace culture is really good with focus on inclusion and diversity
Management is decent.
Pay is decent, not that great.
On the job training is not very well organized.
I did learn a lot on the job but most of it was on my own with a lot of struggle. 
Colleagues are extremely friendly and helpful however.

Some days would be repetitive others would be crazy and different and I liked that. Everyone genuinely wants to be better at what they do and management do take feedback very well and are not afraid to make changes where necessary. Teammates are by far the best part of the job.

Only for a life event came up I could have viewed myself staying with this company for life. Work life balance was unreal, management cares about you and your health and how things are going with you on a personal level. 

Highly recommend

This workplace is just "ok". Whilst balanced with hours they are no very flexible. Very process and KPI driven, whilst this is a good thing it is too focussed on this and not work/life balance and more importantly culture. You are disposable at this workplace!!!!

There are a lot of politics and you can only advance if you know the right  people, lots of work to do for very uncompetitive wage, unrealistic KPIs, very stressful place.

If you are a contractor then better be prepared for new jobs as they hire many contractors for some random initiative and suddenly close the initiative 

Since the data breach, working for Equifax has changed dramatically. It had a major impact on the organisation culture despite the incident being in the US.

A typical day at work was good.We had training sessions and brainstorming sessions with management so they took good care of us.It was good working there.
