One of the things that makes me love this company and keeps me engaged is how it made and makes me feel...it makes me feel part of something, sometimes a team, sometimes a family. I love the horizontal organisational structure were collaboration goes on across divisions and departments, and were the Managing Director remembers your name. I truly believe that employees are the most important asset of a company and I feel Employsure does their best to practice what they preach.

The other positive aspect of Employsure is the fact they go above and beyond to accommodate flexible working and relocating staff within the Australia and in my case to a different one (I am working in New Zealand atm)

Moreover, love the fact that they pay attention more into your soft skills than the hard ones, as no one can teach you those.

The induction program is outstanding!!

Lastly, just to mention some of the awesome perks:

I have worked at Employsure for three years now so I have had the privilege of seeing our extreme growth into new states and even into NZ. 

The best thing about working here is the culture, it all comes from the MD and filters down through senior management, team leaders and everyone in the office and in the field. Whilst there is a very clear management structure here, there is not that old fashion hierarchy attitude, everyone works hard and respects what everyone else does and how everyone contributes to the business. 

The benefits would be the next best thing about working here. There is plenty of food related benefits like daily breakfast, tea trolley and basic things like tea/coffee, fresh fruit and biscuits always in the kitchen. These are the benefits you physically see every day, the other benefits like charity involvement and the constant support from our Facilities team is a little more behind the scenes but really makes you feel like you are working somewhere worth while. 

The hardest part about working at Employsure really depends on what department you work in. The Sales team are pushed hard, Service have very high expectations put upon them and the Support teams work at a very fast pace constantly. All of this is made enjoyable by the people and atmosphere around you. You will go home and know you have done a hard days work, but still be excited to come in and be a part of your team the next day.

Employsure truly is a dynamically growing and changing business, and with this comes incredible opportunities for progression and advancement for those who have earned it. Almost all managers in the business have been promoted from within. The expectations are very high at Employsure, but for those who are willing to put in the work, the possibilities are endless.

Employsure is a very faced paced business that never seems to slow down, which is not for everyone, but is something that I really enjoy as it keeps me interested and on my toes.  People are very friendly and supportive to those who was to learn and grow with the business.  The work life balance has been fantastic, and there are a lot of non-financial benefits that are on offer to employees, such as additional leave, Ambassadors club, ongoing training no matter what department you are from and a very support management group that will enable you to do your best.  

Everyone in my department works well together and supports everyone else in the team, and ensures that we succeed or fail as a team.  My role gives me a great opportunity to work with people from other departments, which also enables me to learn other parts of the business at therefore development my own skills further.  I have enjoyed everyday I have been with Employsure and have learnt so much so far.  I look forward to my future with the company.

I have been lucky enough to shift positions within the company when the opportunity arose and this is not uncommon - there is always encouragement to learn and excel. I have been at Employsure for three years now and seen the company expand, increasing the number of clients and acquiring more jobs across AU and NZ.

Employsure provides flexible working arrangements. Employees are also spoiled with daily breakfast, fruits, biscuits through our Facilities team. I prepare coffee anytime I want and snack on my desk. There are still other benefits but depends on what kind of job you have.

Great support from management like providing the tools/equipment needed to be productive. No one is greater above the shirt and everyone deals with respect to each other. We also have our own team activity where we can just unwind after all the hardworking days. 

I am proud to say that we have the best MD and we all look up to the way he leads the business with humility and compassion, treating all employees equally.

The only setback working in this company is the high expectation from you. In my case, I just need to prove that I am willing to learn and can manage to work under pressure or challenging times especially during month end.

I have worked with Employsure for 4 years now and have been able to develop and grow my skillset in numerous areas. This is a company that lives and breathes its values and it is in everything they do. It's not just a slogan on the wall. 

The best thing about working here is the time and training that the team invest in you. I have watched the Learning and Development team grow over the past 4 years to match the substantial growth of the company and to ensure that all staff are developed whether this is in technical training, sales training or leadership training. 

The benefits here are amazing. There are plenty of social activities to get to know your colleagues from morning breakfasts, to quarterly events to through to family days where your family can come and meet the people you work with. I was also thorough impressed by volunteer days to assist charities. 

The hardest parts depend on the department you work within. The Company is fast paced and results driven. However if you are adaptable and thrive in a fast pace environment, this is the place for you.

I would recommend taking the Business Sales Consultant role, for anyone looking to start their career in sales.

The culture is fantastic here, a lot different to the wolf of wall street style other call centers try to emanate. 

They offer a full week of intensive training and if you are new to sales you are not neglected. There are some diligent team leaders who are really interested in your personal development.

If you have been in sales for a while and you think you are good at it then come to employsure, they will give you a platform to reach your career goals.

I am not saying that it is all swings and round-abouts, you need to have a resilient attitude and a willingness to succeed.

I served my maximum term here as a 417 working holiday candidate and I would stay longer if it was not due to my visa restrictions.

I started working for Employsure during a pandemic. Never in my wildest dream did I think that I’ll be working for a company that focuses on helping businesses in employment relations and work, health & safety. Not only do they help companies to do better, but they also ensure that their people get set up for success. I remember my first day most specifically induction day I already felt a strong culture where they value their people. I got the opportunity to meet the directors and the managing director and learn the humble beginnings of Employsure. From that point, I knew already that I’d be in good hands. And I was right. The guidance that I received from my managers helped me grow and made me better in my role. Because of the people I work with and my leaders, it made my day to day at work easier and enjoyable at the same time. And for that I am grateful.
