I really enjoy my role and my team within Empire Office Furniture! We are hardworking, collaborative and work well together to accomplish the tasks set out during the week. 

I feel very comfortable within the working environment and have a wonderful working relationship with my direct managers. I feel they listen and take on board my ideas for the company and role in which I work. 

I feel very secure within this company knowing there are many long-standing employees, I feel like this is a company I can really settle into. 

I work with very supportive teammates who are always eager to help me learn the ropes to this role, and I have a wealth of training modules right at my fingertips.

It's a well-established company to work for and have a very large range of excellent quality Office furniture and products. 
I find the culture is heathy, with a good management structure which allows you to perform your role well, with good advice and training when needed. 

It is a very varied and challenging role; every day is a bit different and your constantly learning new things . 

This company has great support in place for learning the job, they are people orientated and great with training and helping people to move into positions that suit them. The work culture is the best i have ever encountered and a continuous effort is made to maintain that. The processes like all jobs take a bit to learn but you are supported all the way. I recommend this company as a great place to work.

The company onboarding was fantastic, with everyone being really helpful.
There have been a few situations that have come up, that I was not able to learn in training, but whenever I have asked for help, the managers have helped me with no hesitation or judgement. 

Leadership is invested in employee growth, offering regular opportunities for training, mentorship, and skill-building. This focus on development has greatly enhanced my career, and I feel valued as an individual and as part of a larger team.
