What is the best part of working at the company?
Not micro managed. Encouraged to grow and develop. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The job is not stressful.  I can get busy at times but our team work well together and get the jobs done. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Positive. Inclusive. Great team work. Fun and encouraging.   Very supportive from management to colleagues

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Answer calls and emails for policy changes.  Training,  sending renewals. Lodging claims.

Was a really fantastic place to work & enjoyed my time immensely.
Excellent work life balance as each office is a franchise.
Parent company can be a little difficult to deal with regarding underwriting risks, but the actual Underwriters are fantastic & very helpful.

When doing my work experience, I was able to work as a administrator and being able to do client briefs on customers who has a overdue amount or is about to make a payment or transfer to a different account.

We were always busy, which is a good thing but lots of jokes around the office and fun times, I got to meet great people and work among wonderful persons! We were always supporting each other and helping each other we truly worked as a team!

It was a fantastic job however i am looking for par time night work and am looking for weekend work. I have cooking, console operator and customer service experience

It can be quite a full on and busy time, however it was interesting learning about the life of a stock agent. The days were full on, especially sale days.

High paced Motivated collaborative staff good team Dynamics.
Working hours a long but flexible.
Enjoyable client liaising with many repeat customers and long term relationships.

I liked the people i worked with. Would generally work some weekends. It was an enjoyable job at times and it was very dry so it was very hard at the end.

This was a small office but lots of fun to work for, Excellent Boss he always said I am not you Boss I am a co worker we are all on the same team.

should have a reshuffle of management (might stop loosing so much money) for a company that has been around for so long the management should be better
