For the most part employees within the business work well as a team to get the job done, however major issues coming directly from upper management outweigh the positive of good co-workers. 

One of the worst businesses you could possibly work for. 
A toxic work environment and non-existent company culture make this workplace nothing but a breeding ground for workplace bullying and unprofessional conduct. Earlee should be used as an example for “HR what not to do’s”
The Commercial Manager reigns over employees like a school-yard bully with a counterfeit sense of power and spends his days gas-lighting employees and spreading gossip. In the time I worked within the business I witnessed many employees (some of whom had been there for 15+ years) be pushed out in this manner. 
HR is virtually non-existent with the above mentioned manager overseeing HR despite being grotesquely under qualified and the cause of most problems, making it virtually impossible for employees to feel comfortable coming forwards with issues. Not only is this extremely unethical, it makes for an unsafe work environment.  The companies general manager seems to be generally oblivious to this and many of the going on’s within the business and the owner of business is rarely on premises, however when he is  generally yelling at employees or referring to them as his “slaves”

I would start at 6am. Look for what produce we need to have done for that day. Make boxes for produce, Setup correct machines for correct jobs, feed produce through machines, pack into boxes, seel and label, stack onto pallet and place to cold room/ freezer. Clean up at the end of the day.
The management is very good, easy to talk to bout anything if need to go home early or need to start let never have a problem. Given overtime when needed. Co- workers are fun to work with and easy to work with. Hardest part of the job is getting up so early.
Enjoyable part of the job , we can joke around at work everybody gets along with everybody never have any drama.

Earlee Products is a great company to work for. Management is very supportive and helpful so are colleagues. Its very enjoyable to go to work. Day usually starts with a START meeting by your team leader and setting up the room, then depending at what room you are in, you are either putting the product onto the belt, packing the product, making boxes, working with bacon etc. There's a wide variety of jobs to do and they sometimes switch you around

I have worked with Earlee products for multiple years, over the years there has been many changes within the company. The culture and Values of Earlee products have changed for the better. Efforts are made to continue to improve. CI is a part of the Earlee way. Management work as part of the production workers and are always ready to give a hand when required. They do a lot of team building which drives the moral up. I have learnt to a lot while working at Earlee and I have grown into my career goals. 

The tingalpa site is more relaxed and easy going   Would definitely recommend working there   The murrarie site is a different story  always watched and the supervisors are useless and never around yet you’re expected to go see one because the full timers have no idea what they’re doing

Senior Management haemorrhage money. 
Owner is arrogant, rude and verbally abusive.
GM doesn't have an opinion on anything.
Commercial Manager manipulates and runs the show.
No such thing as HR.
Owners grown children annoy legitimate hard workers.

False promises of progression. 
Everything made unnecessarily difficult in production, staff left with no direction or proper training while management don't help make anything easy. Cleanliness is questionable.
Poor management. Supervisors and managers wear many hats

Not a company worth working for. Incredibly high staff turn over, huge separation between factory and office workers. Management are rude and poor leaders. Owner is arrogant, calls staff names and stores his many luxury vehicles on site while workers are paid minimum wage, 

Terrible place to work. While co-workers are nice however management are bullies. Owner comes in and parades about the factory calling workers his slaves. Gets busy and have to do a lot of extra work with no over time or even a thanks.

alright place to work at. hard in winter because of cold rooms. 
People are fun but managment is very bad. Owner comes in and calls workers his slaves. No parking if you start later.
