•	Manage the provision of warehousing services in a manner which responds to the contractually defined and dynamic needs of the local and general Defence market. This is spread over three geographical locations within the Albury Wodonga Military Area and includes twenty four full time staff.
•	Assist with the development and implementation of a Total Quality Management System in all areas, including the following:
Service Provision
Financial Management
Staff Welfare
Training
Effective and efficient work practices
•	Management of personnel by mentoring, training, encouraging, motivating and counselling to help them achieve increased performance outcomes and greater work satisfaction.
•	Responsible for the management of efficient warehousing practices, including stock control, forecasting of resources to sustain training, theft and fraud control, Defence documentation for stores accounting and financial planning and budgeting.
•	Develop and implement timely reporting systems
•	Contribute to the development and maintenance of effective industrial relations
•	Provide technical guidance to all levels of management, both military and civilian
•	Ensure that the Statement of Works are being adhered to by staff
•	Monitor and verify Key Performance Indicators are met and correct 
•	Responsible for the management of Defence sensitive items, including weapons, explosive ordnance, communication equipment and various other items ensuring the security of these items are in accordance with Defence documentation and procedures.

I managed a multi-discipline contract for ESS in the previous garrison support contract. The areas that I managed included fire & rescue, security, cleaning, catering, accommodation, grounds and waste just to name a few. Customer liaison and contract governance was a major part of my duties in managing this contract.

I have been working 5 years with ESS Compass group in Port Hedland. 
I have fantastic 5 years working experience, i have develop a lot of new skills and i make a lot of new friends.
If not because i moved to Brisbane i will not leave my job.

good work environment , good support for most staff, camp services were good modern, leaving you family for 4 weeks was the hardest part of the job. making new friendships was the best part of the job
