No collaboration between teams is encouraged, a lot if "us" vs "them" attitude. Office staff seem to be treated better than disability customer support workers. 
If you are not "in" with the right people, you will find it very hard at this company. Nobody has your back. You are not supported, very minimal opportunities for further training and career advancement. Pay is not great. They don't really care about their staff or customers. All decent office staff who actually care for the customers are jumping ship at the moment as interim CEO is not treating anyone well. 

You don't know what you are walking into when you arrived for a client , you don't know about there condition what disability they have, They ask you to work hour or two hour shift when it's hour away, they don't considered you and how far away you live to where the client lives.

HR manager lacks the most basic communication skills. 
Worst orientation in my whole work life experience. There was none!
They do not value staff.
Having seen it firsthand, I find it troubling that Enhanced Lifestyles fails to recognise and respect the vital role their lifestyle assistants play in delivering quality support.


Professional agency and management whom encourage and bring out the best in their employees, motivate through on going training and moral staff meetings as to provide a quality service to all their clients and empower them with their daily activities.

My most enjoyable part of the job , when I worked with high skilled worked and learnt from them many things, team work , respect other culture etc.  
Hardest day when my all old staff left this Company.  Started other organisation. 

They do not pay award wages and always calling you up.  Bad organization and communication even between departments. You waste your time and money on travelling to clients, unpaid. 

If you’re new to disability support do not bother working here. They will give you completely the wrong idea of what the industry is like. 
Very purple circle culture in this company and put support workers and customers/clients needs last. 

good environment and team members, since I was a temporary staff, so I don't have much impression on that company. But I did learn some Excel skills from that company. The overall review is good.

Slack to work for always had to ring them for work staff was unhelpful 
No on going training for new comers some had very little training. No care for there staff who where out care in the community.

It was Temp role based in Admin/Personal Assistant.
The culture background of the company is inspiring and the workers were lovely. Overall experience with them was okay.
