The leadership team. 
Well organised, everyone was made to feel part of the organisation.

The deadlines that we were required to meet were sometimes fairly hectic but through good teamwork and good communication we usually met them. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Sensational. 

The deadwood was usually dealt with promptly. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
We knew what was expected of us and we did our job. 

Teamwork was the key.

I was allowed to run my crew as i see fit and maintain all time frames required for all tasks.
Better relationships with client personnel
Worked closer with management to achieve required results
good work culture within work crews
Maintaining crew optimism in the face of changing environment
Seeing crew achieve the best results when others thought it was not possible and all completed their roles safely

A company that demands the highest possible qualifications and quality, but in response classifies its workforce as labourers' so that they can pay the minimum rate.
Managed by incompetent personnel that cannot gain employment with the professional companies in the same work space.

Good work crew that all work together and help in friendly manor.
Have made many new friends on this job.
The hardest part of the job is that it is 4 weeks on and 1 week off,
this put a big strain on the family

Good people and an interesting skill which they provide on the job training for.
Love the fact that your never stuck to on one site as we are constantly moving around to various oil and gas facilities.
The projects are always exciting and challenging.

Purple circle promoted unqualified unskilled friends into posititions of authority. Meaning you had no support when technical problems needed answers   The guys promoted into positions of authority were treading water badly although nice guys

drifting like a rudderless ship, trying desperately to be a big player however in reality the good their people saw the shambles & left. losing reputation and what fragile market share they bought. id say good luck, they really need it.

Awesome company. Great work culture. Intergarted mindset .i would recommend this company too my colleagues and others who are interested. Great team culture and supervisors too. Safety cautions company culture and very supportive of employees needs and wants.

Enermech was a good organisation to work for. They provided everything required, including a safe and supportive workplace. The crews and supervisors were good people to work with. Always enjoyed a challenge.
