Different locations every week or two.

Different types of work.
Demolition, maintenance,landscaping, building.

Traffic getting to some locations can be stressful

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Light and friendly stress free, team orianted

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get job notification the night before usually.
Travel to work site, sign in, find out job task if haven't finished a previous one, 
Report to supervisor for further instructions on job task.
Report to supervisor when task is completed for further jobs or sign out.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Opportunity. Nothing else. Nothng else.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Doing 3 positions such as Manager, forklift driver recievals and production worker at the same time, and doing it as a new person. This company saying that I left the job, but it was the client that terminated all the staff on the spot effective immediately.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic. Worker yelling. Top bottom heirachy.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Streesful but fun. Its training.

They get clients who are building exciting projects, but the clients themselves are obviously not very well organised and are poorly run, otherwise they would not be relying on EIR most of the time. As for EIR themselves are poorly run and managed. They charge carpenters out at the top rate and make a lot of money from them yet they won't even help supply a site box to help keep your tools safe.

These guys are good. Spoke to me like I’m a person and we’re really interested in finding me work I would be good at. Gave me a job the next day. I’ve been paid every week on time , not like me last company and they pay the award correctly. I’d recommend them.

Great team and awesome people to work with highly recommended, consistent work, flexible work and very understanding. Pays always in on time and any issues you may have to office is happy to help out 

Very pleasurable experience. Always plenty of work, lots of variety. Just easy. Receive a text of immediate  work, take it or leave  it. Office staff organised, helpful and accommodating to my needs.

Business is all about management. the office always efficiently communicated with everyone which made a sound working week for everyone. Always Reliable, always Prepared and Care about Employees. That was my experience with EIR

Great flexibility and management. the work can be quite satisfying, although can be very physically demanding at times. Some of the site mangers can be difficult to work with.

Did not find them helpful in finding work. Very poor communication, offering jobs they didn't want me for and not advising of suitable roles. But great
