Support ,advice ,infrastructure .help with  setting up exam times.,regularity of employment.

Not knowing the musical qualities of the student being required to taught and their parents sometimes unrealistic expectation.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fine , I have enough time to teach,
well . Fellow music teachers are friendly and supportive. I have enough break time.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Over burdened job, low salary 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unexpected assignments abruptly even in office hours and holidays 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Harsh orders by Higher Authorities despite very low Teacher pupil ration in Government Schools

Every day is typical, quality education at stake

It's my pleasure to work as a specific work that are assigned to do. I was very interested to take that post because it is a opportunity for me to explore and gain a experience from different jobs to have content knowledge in every aspects of job description. Therefore, I myself do apply as a real mentor and teacher by profession to atleast do my very best to help sustain the organisation with what I have inorder for the betterment of the organisation and myself as a employer.

Teachers assistant work is a very competitive field to find full time job with. For myself this is why I chose teachers assistant relief where there seemed to be more employment available. Having piano teaching background and a Mother to children is very helpful in this arena for the ability to be able to redirect bad behaviors and lead groups of education.

in all my company got along well with work mates. bosses 
and manager I have a few blues. havent got fired from any of them.

Teachers often are required to dedicate personal time or resources for their students, resource budgets for public schools should be increased. Aide time in the classroom should be increased. Relief teachers should receive emails on local PD days.
