The meaning of you are just a number really does stand its ground here. if you are strong headed female, someone with any medical ailment or any mental health issues. This is not the job for you as this will be used against you.  Issues raised will be swept under the carpet to keep management pushing numbers. Supervisors and colleagues will help you to the best of their ability, but this does not help when certain management employees single you out, making your day harder and more stressful you do not get a fair break each day. You are given bare minimum and expected to give your full effort and you are expected to be grateful for that bare minimum.

Good place to work, develop skill, increase money and better professional relationship with people in Northern Ireland, good bossed, good food, good people working there, no complaints! Organize spot, always clean and tidy, i recomend you to work in this company, as is, such a wonderful way of living in comunity and share Knowledge and storys

Worst company ever, people are basically slaves and if you're not in with the crowd then you're fired and out the door

Non stop from 6 am working and handling 25kg frozen meat blocks

Your so busy. One minute your clocking in next thing you know your clocking out and you've missed your breaks that you don't get paid for

Getting pushed to breaking point and when you break your in the wrong and get sent to HR

Good factory to begin with something, but not stay too long. Most people are friendly. Production likes to move teamleaders from one line to another, so basically not all of them has only one line to work in

you had ones from different country's that where supervisors or line leaders that would try to get locals the blame if something wrong happened. You always got moved into different rooms and you had no set hours.

Good people to work with and good hours off work with optional over time available. Early start early finish. 
Weekly pay including training paid plus first break payed. 

Yes you get a work life balance really well but the work is easy but very stressful depending on where you work in the factory if you work in the pack room it will be very stressful no organisation what so ever

I working 11 years.and this moment not happy my job,i working line leader .long hours,4 days working and 4 days off.every day stress with meneger,i no liked.i need working 5 days in week and weekends off.
