Training staff on OH&S Food Handling procedures. Assisting the Human Resources General Manager with her daily schedule. Wonderful manager, always polite and professional. I worked with many different people and found the majority easy to get along with and obliging. The hardest part of the job was juggling the workload at times, especially around Christmas which is busy wherever you work. The most enjoyable part of the job was organizing a Christmas breakup party for 1200 staff members and their families. That was fantastic fun.

Some sections work ten hours, if you go permanent full-time the pay is absolutely awful. It can be a homophobic, transphobic environment  but that's what happens when you put large groups of uneducated people together. Overall I'd say it's a good pathway job to pay for uni but not to stay there.

The routine was very busy and at times hectic moving from one department to another but enjoyed the positive outcomes, people approaching for support, questioning and enjoyed training and providing feedback. Enjoyed appreciation coming my way that made my day. Such things boosted everyone's morale and motivated them to work as desired.

The workplace has good standards (controlled environment) and is very productive. The hours provided per shift are decent and there is always work to be completed making the days go by productively. The canteen service is excellent and runs just like any other cafe. It really shows that all employees are well looked after in the workplace.

working with people and getting to know what are there thoughts of there jobs and knowing what they like about the job it amuse me how  people do things that they dont wanna do but theirs me i operate machine everyday do different type of sausage making sure there the right length and weight and putting the right ingredient i also like to keep my self busy it get me going everyday at work.

I don't wish to say anything bad or negative about a company so therefore i don't wish to review anything but promises were not fulfilled and it didn't matter how hard you worked the only time you were recognized is when you made complaints

Working at Don KRC wasnt overall bad but there are some sections in the factory that no reguard for workers health and safety i left due to the injuries i sustained from bending below my knees to collect a 10-15kg ham leg repeditively and from inflamed and cut knuckles from 10-15kg ham legs that were next to impossible to process with no compensation or even a chance to get it looked over

DON KRC is a great workplace to be in, nice people and helpful employees and also have a great canteen.

Hardest part of the job would be leaving at such a late time 

Most enjoyable part of working at this company is that i made lots of new friends and learnt alot of great skills

Well  worst job I’ve ever had, pay is disgusting, environment disgusting OHS need to go through this place, management is all bout there bonuses ... soo many injuries happen in this place and nothing gets done about it ... 

Good people to work with, good pay depending on which shift your on. Canteen prices are good. Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours and be able to deal with the cold
