This was unfortunately the most toxic company I have ever worked for in the Employment Services Sector. The company had such promise however, no clear direction was given just excessive KPI's without the support to meet them. 

No training was given to new starters and the length of time it took to get access to the different IT systems to do your job was ridiculous.  First day was waiting for nearly 2 hours in waiting room as they didn't know that I was commencing that day. 

Upper Management has unrealistic expectations and are unwilling to listen to ideas/advice from people with experience. Very reactive if targets are not met or something goes wrong. Consistently high turn over of employees with at least 10 people resigning in our region during the time I was there. 

It’s very sad to see such a soul crushing environment where skilled people are made to feel undervalued or  not appreciated. Often made to feel bad for having Annual or Personal leave.

Worked there for 5 months and was told I'm doing the job quick enough. 
No support, you are thrown in the deep end And expected to know what you're doing from the get go. 
Job read ' no experience needed as training will be given' training modules are expected to be done in a couple of days, took me a week and I felt the pressure. No actual physical training as promised but expected to do the work of a very experienced admin/receptionist/career coach/job provider/recruiter/etc. 
Management is a sh#tshow, all running to smash KPIs with no thought of employers working like dogs for them. Pay is rubbish. Not worth the stress. I could go on but it would take a long time. Designer life have a reputation of being money driven and standing all over those who work hard for them.

Would not recommend this company for anyone to work at due to management team giving no support, try to control your personal outside of work hours, laugh at you for taking time off when sick and make you feel guilty about taking annual leave, if you are away they will go through your emails - privacy breach much? Overall would not recommend working for this company.  Completely toxic work environment from WFA executive team and get belittled and treated like you are nothing but still expected to meet unrealistic targets and perform.

Managers have the staff they prefer to encourage and support which makes it difficult for new staff or staff that simple ant excepted. 

Expectation and direction changes constantly which makes it impossible to reach KPIS and department standards.

This company has your classic gossip click groups and if your on the outside don't expect o be supported or included.




Genuinely the worst job I have ever had. Very hard work, expect so much of you but won't give you any training at all. You will be treated like garbage and only ever acknowledged if big boss thinks you've done something wrong. Don't expect any pleases or thank yous from management. Most draining, soul crushing environment to work in. Other staff are nice and will give you support but you will still feel like you're drowning. You will do the jobs of multiple people but get paid horribly for it. 

Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for. The toxicity starts from the very top down as they openly laugh with the other senior executives of other staffs misfortunes. No training at all but expect the world from you. It’s very sad to see such a soul crushing environment get the best of great people. Often scrutinised for having Annual or personal leave. 

Absolute horrible company to work for, they only care about money not staff. Have been told staff are just a number and replaceable. Absolutely no compassion. Your expected to put in 110% and only receive the bare minimum in return. They make so many promises without delivering. Under paid and overworked. 
Thinking about annual leave or if your sick? Don't. You will be performance managed. 

Was promised so much as a hub leader. No phone given as per contract had to use my own mobile to call potential clients. 
Was told we were getting the hub repainted and new desks and chairs. 
The company worked well in the big cities where they were supported but not in cairns we were left to run on our own. 
Safety was a concern being on our own most days.

although they come across as being community based it is not the case the work is stressful and high pressured it is all about numbers and the compliance for an RTO is really bad 
Management style is very micro and dont think about taking holidays 

its a very chill back day at the hub due to the wet weather. today i have learned to do a mock interview with my trainer and i think i did alright since it was my first time ever to do any interview to anyone.the workplace culture is very warm, helpful and friendly place to be.
