My ability to identify important details and summarise complex information have been demonstrated in the preparation of performance reports, submissions and discussion papers within Department of Justice and Attorney-General. I have collated and analysed qualitative and quantitative data and reports for notified fatalities to Safework Australia.

Each day was never the same, friendly team to work with, learned more about the Justice System, jargon etc.
The management I worked under were always fair and approachable
The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting different people from diverse walks of life.
Stressful at times

Work was always a challenge and always interesting at the lower levels. Their was never one day the same as the next. It was a continuous learning environment and one that I enjoyed thoroughly. Some difficult times but they would be balance with great and positive times.

I was able to hone my typing skills, learn how to create a professional letter, liase with Professional and Public people, supervise, listen, mediate, multi-skill and handle cash. I also increased my knowledge of the Law considerably.

The fleet team was a great place to work everyone worked as a team with a great senior fleet officer and Assistant Director. The culture was a relaxed, friendly environment but everyone got in and did their work.

The job itself is always interesting, you will not have a dull moment.
Good group of people to work with. Training provided, never a dull moment. 
I would work there again.

Close to home. Working  time realistic.  Flexible management. Good environment.  Not too stressful. Training and development is not enough. On the job training. Under staffed.

Working for DCJ is relaxed, fun but the internal politics and nepotism hold  it back. Bad for career advancement. Pay is pretty decent for what you do. Definitely helps to work with a good team.

Was an interesting place to work, collaborative team environment, lots of variety.  Good culture & pleasant helpful team.  Good communicative peers & management.

I have many opportunities to attend training. I have worked with a very skilled team and learnt from their experience. Every day is varied in my tasks.
