I like to be busy so a busy day is a good day
I have learnt a lot about the mining industry and know I can provide employers with skills from my Blacksmithing Springmaking trades and have help the mines I have been to with these trade while Boilermaking.
I have a good repour with both management and staff as I often work with the same group of staff on different job sites. 
The hardest part of my job is that I like to be busy and would like more mine work. 
The most enjoyable part of the job is the challengers put before me and being able to use my Blacksmithing and Boilermaking skills to help my employers and the young staff coming up its great to see their faces when you have tough them something they haven't seen done before 
And with the 45 years of experience I know I have the skills with my duel trades that will and can benefit any company I may work for.
My health is very good and I am a very fit person.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good money great rates fly in fly out great people really enjoyed it 👍🏼

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Did not stress that much was really good .

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I enjoyed the people I worked with and also loved flying away for work.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day was hot always alert ⚠️ following instructions working hard 😊

prestart, give the boys their work for the day, check any important emails and quotes, deal with any management issues safety etc, checking the boys on site if all ok, materials needed or instlation issues
hardest part of the job is communication on site and trying to merge in with other projects onsite
most enjoyable part of the job is the variety of work

Having worked for Dawsons on and off for 20 years, I cant attest to the fact that it is workplace that is inviting and enjoyable. Good team with friendly colleagues and management. Always a variety of work and the company enjoys the benefit of a good reputation throughout Australia.

pre start safetymeeting, pre start and machinery pre start, take out pumps and screens. Always learning something new on how to do things. Foremen and Leading Hands always helpfull, workmates work as a team and easy to get along with, this work is not hard, the work environment is pleasant

Found Dawsons a good company to work for, well paid and whilst the industry was strong plenty of job positions to be placed in,
Enjoyed a good working relationship with Dawsons staff.
Emplyoment ceased with downturn in mining.

I have worked for Dawsons for just short of 30 years on a casual basis and highly recommend them. Dawsons caters for most industries and offer a lot of opportunities. 

Dawsons i have work for over many Years on diffrent Shutdowns and Enjoy every Bit of working for them they are a great Company to work for 10/10

Worked as contractor only but had a great team looking after me,
Absolutely no complaints, always ready to assist in any way possible with any problem I would give them.

I love my job very much indeed but the pay wage were not being fair when living away from home but has no chance to speak with Dawsons company for fair pay..
