This is a 8 hours job with 3 shifts available. Penalties and bonuses applied. Job includes some machine operating, some lifting, forklift driving, and house keeping. The job is very easy to learn, as long as no mistake is made, the line will run smooth and the work day will be very easy. The management team only pay attention to new or in-experienced workers. for the senior workers, they can work however they'd like to as long as everything is under control.

While they were good about giving shifts and generally nice to my face, I always got the impression I was not good enough. I was rushed constantly, and admonished badly if I did something wrong, even though I often wasn't asked to particular jobs for as long as a month, but was still expected to be perfect. They were not very accommodating to personal wellbeing. The junior staff was replaced constantly as they were never working hard enough for the owners' liking.

its been a very good experience working in Davies Bakery.i have developed my skills such as positive attitude,leadership skills,developing and motivating the fellow employees. staff is very friendly.

The boss of the davies bakery is really and truly a good person. I Like to work under such kind hearted people .work place is good ,they give opportunities for new people always. This bakery will create a lot of employment opportunities and gain a great history sooner .

rude company and not good managers and employees and human resources so rude and oh&s health safety managers rude too 😡😡😡😡 
out the back of the factory shipping box every week and use old machine and machine have rush and not work well and the owner of the company very rude

This job was very good when it came to dealing with money and costumers. I learnt how to use efpost machines and using paywave.

Everything is good .But there is no regular shifts for me .payment ,working conditions,transport and team are very good.They are very supportive.The only problem is getting irregular shifts

most of the days I did long shifts like 15hrs, no chance to improve or get promotion o this factory when must of the employees are from one nationality. low rate salary,

Overworked, unsafe, underpaid, no recognition, or career progression. New management selectively rewarding and firing people without proper mediation or research.

High technology machinery where production is in high volume every day. People are friendly and very job focus.
Working hours are normal  8 hours with no much overtime involve
