This job was outstanding all staff would sit down and communicate together regularly. All levels of management were approachable. Constant pat on the back for all staff towards business outcomes. Constant overtime offered as well as hours were easily maneuverable around lifestyle issue with sufficient notice without rep ructions for all team members.

I worked mainly on the grave yard shift starting at midnight till 8.30 in the morning in my time hear i aquired my fork lift licence and became an oh&s officer the job is very much the same thing day to day but making a happy team enviroment made it benificial and a enjoyable place to work

I worked at the Gladstone Dairy farmers my job routine was to pick and pack all my delivery orders and them to deliver all the orders to about 20 different shops i enjoyed working in the Gladstone area i was employed for a few months but the main owner decided to lay me off because he was thinking of closing deliveries and not helping the others in need.

Working in the distribution centre providing products and services to vendors, picking and packing orders for supermakets, schools, aged care facilities, take away shops.

this would be a good job for someone starting out wanting a job and is very shy about talking about people

Company was progressive ... Top heavy in Managerial Staff... To many chiefs ...Not enough workers. Inconsistencies in company policies ... Lack of Operator input, trouble shooting

I loved working with all the driver's and staff, the hours suited me, the pay rate was good, i have no complaints about my employment at diary farmers if I lived in sydney again if would try to work there again.

I like my time there,only reason I left because they got robot in to do my job as a forklift job.very clean eviroment and team leaders are good .and people are friendly

good place to work the boss was easy going and its a good place to work  the drives where really easy as well customers where all really friendly and easy to get alone with
