The workers are good people and the  money is okay 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The back stabbing management they don't  have a clue how  to run the place only know how to bully and intimidate  their  workers 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic, the management use fear tactics to protect themselves 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Always on guard, the management like to suppress anyone that has good ideas

The job was brilliant with the job description and task constantly changing. However the mind set between emplyee's and management, was unrealistic, which in-turn caused a great deal of turmoil within the company.

You have to be in the inner circle to get permanent employment. 
When you start out as a casual your shifts could be all over the place in one week you could work day shifts than night shifts than back on night shifts.

- DP world prides them self on safety for the workers and their company. They are a very successful company and a pleasure to work for. my reason for wanting to leave that shift work is just not for myself.

12 hours long shifts, but good money. However, personal life is compromised. Good place to initiate career because DP World is big name. My advice is to switch as soon as you can if you get employed here at DP World

Really good money although it takes 10+ years to go permanent.
You have to make yourself available for 2 weekends a month and you find out what shift you have at 2pm the day before

The people at DP World are one of the reason why i worked there for 16 years. The culture is very easy going, fun and friendly. The hardest part of working at DP World was the 24/7 rotating shifts.

Good team 
No work life balance 
Senior management do not care about you as a human which leads to a toxic workplace 
Good perks and salary is average 
Won’t recommend 

Was a good place to work,now they are bringing in automation,so it will get rid of 150 workers.

Great people to work with , you’ll be casual for at 15 years , and casuals are the pawns in the bargaining department, up and down with work, also ypu can only make a certain amount of money ?? Then they pull you up
