A typical day at work would be preparing tools for Boilermakers and qualified tradesmen.
I appreciate the flexibility of the jobs I have been exposed to do it has challenged me and also assisted me in improving my skills eg spotting, grinding etc.
Management has the employees safety as top priority.
Teams are multicultural and exciting to learn, respect and communicate with different cultures in your team. This is what I enjoy the most in my job.
The hardest part of my job is night shift as I have difficulty sleeping in the day.

It can be a fun place to work for, but as you always find in any company find a few guys that can be real nasty. on the other hand, i love working for them and will continue to work for them until i get a better offer or they run out of work.
The most enjoyable part of the job is doing a different job every other day which gives me more experience.
the hardest part of the job is working with a respirator for 12 hours a day as it  has  asbestos dust in most areas of the Mine.

This company has a lot to learn. they are a small company that grew too fast and as such they lacked in alot of areas particularly upper management organisational skills. given time and with the right people to help them they might not be so bad.

Good camp & accommodation .Installation of heavy machinery and pipe to specific areas .the hardest part of job was communicating with chinese workers as they couldnt speak english .The best part of job was finishing work for the day and going back to camp .

Every day is a new and exciting challenge. One day you will be modifying conveyors and the next replacing walls inside an Iron Ore Crusher. Most of the work is shutdown based so you learn to work a fast past team environment to meet strict deadlines but the job is never a higher priority then safety.

its a good place to work and good for who looking challenges in their carrier.Friendly working atmosphere have regular updates , training, weekly meetings etc. Good chance to work in factory and in mine sites

Senior management are more interested in making money, if safety costs money then they aren’t interested in it. Public business run like a family business still.

The crews all work well together and they get in and do their job quickly and safely and then on to the next one. 

Supervisors and Shift Managers  are extremely approachable and are always supportive of their crews.
