A typical 8 hrs. work a day with 15 minutes tea break and and half an hour lunch break, I learned how to work both independently and as a team specially on the lines and inspecting the parts of any damage or wrong parts on it before placing another part on it. I learned about OHS, how to use scissor lifter when I worked in the warehouse and how to use the handheld scanners as well as basic computer skills on how to look for the location of the parts and collect all the parts needed for the model to run and prepare for the next model, then I collect all the cardboard boxes and sort out the sizes, separating those to be used at the next shift and those that are to be recycled.

IA typical day at work before we start, our team leader will hold a morning meeting.It will be discuss what are the production plans for the day. Our team leader always remind us to focus on safety and quality. We have a very supportive management team. DENSO is a multi cultural company, they make sure everybody is treated fairly. The most enjoyable part of the job is when we have our team building,we usually have twice a year. It promotes camaraderie.We also have christmas party every year.
The hardest part of the job is the company will cease operation soon.

Attend to the Accountant Assistant for daily duties which consist of Processing Invoices, Reconciliation's, EFT Payments mainly overseas, filing & what ever needed to be attended with last minute

Learning Excel would of been my greatest appreciation within the company never found anything hard about any of my duties as learning is a great at Denso

Enjoyable Part of the job is working as a team with co workers are very friendly an helpful

-go to the section you are assigned to for the shift and hit targets every hour.
-i learnt alot of hand speed and attention to detail.
-managment was pretty average, nothing special.
-co-workers were always fun to be around and very welcoming.
-dealing with alot of breakdowns that would interrupt the flow of repetative actions.
-easily the most enjoyable thing at this job was the people i worked with.

They did not pay fair.no respect for their own workers...management with u
nprofessional attitude.. factory was very messy and unsafe at times. After 7 years,never got any any awards or considered for other positions.

I worked at denso as a trades assistant to a fitter even though I'm an electrician but the job was good.  The work culture and how the staff are treated was excellent.

Workplace culture is good with hardworking staff and good management.  I enjoyed working there and learned a lot.  They were very encouraging of staff undertaking courses to develop knowledge and for own self development.

During my 20 years service at Denso I have progressed from the shop floor to the prototype department and then finally achieved my final goal of Advanced senior specialist in the research and development department.
