Average personal targets of $3000 week days $5000-6000 weekends, hounded at to push sales on customers and punished if you don't even if the customer doesn't want to be helped you must continue to approach them, there is a long training module to help make this more natural however a lot of it is unrealistic, most of the product/brands is marketed as being from over seas but is really made cheap in an Australian website which gives you a feeling of constantly lying as you lose your job if the customer finds out, if you aren't buddy buddy with the higher ups you are treated like dirt and it is regularly made known that you are replaceable this is a bully tactic, this company values money over well-being which is why there is so much sale stealing and high school group mentalities throughout the company, very toxic environment if you plan on making this your career job, in saying that awesome place if you want to challenge your abilities in a fast paced environment the team all being on the same page as to what the company is about makes it enjoyable if you don't step on each other's toes when it comes to milking cash from customers.

Co-workers were lovely people and got along well. Atmosphere as an employee wasn't comfortable what so ever. Receive a bit of training but expected to pick up any knowledge needed by yourself. Managers and co-workers were willing to help if asked. 

I hated the fact that the job mainly consisted of running around the store to find items, you barely serve customers as you're too busy wasting time to find items. Didn't enjoy the role much as I felt like I was playing hide and seek most of the time. If a customer is asking for an item a part of a sale, bundle or deal, my managers and co-workers advised me to not bother looking for it as it was not only further away, but 'only a sale item', which pretty much ticked me off as I aim to provide the best customer service when working in retail. They basically said it's not that important as it's not a big sale so it won't contribute much to the store target at the end of the day. 

Management are great and very intelligent so you do learn a lot from them if you ever have the opportunity to see them, which is rare as they are extremely involved with the business. How the company and CEO involve employees with company details, budgets, and the general in and outs is also great.
The cons, they work you until you are completely worn out. Several employees took time off because they were overworked. Employees regularly take time off, not for a holiday to enjoy life but rather because they have hit their limit. It's rare to ever get 2 weeks off. You have to work over Christmas also with very little benefit. The location of the office is far out and not close to many things so breaks are pretty boring. There is no culture at all, people keep to themselves and are very cold. They do not make you feel welcome or part of a team. 

Some managers are extremely incompetent. If you're not friends with them outside of work, it can be extremely difficult to work there. During off peak period, its usually pretty flexible and somewhat relaxing to a degree. The O/T pay is also really good. However, if you don't meet your individual KPI target, you essentially get shamed in front of the other 100 employees which is incredibly toxic. Managers tend to talk a lot about 'slower' people behind their backs as well. During Christmas period, they expect you to work even if you can't come in because your Grandmother is on her death bed :))). I'd only work here if you're happy to work over Christmas and can handle an unempathetic selfish management team.

I worked at Schnitz for almost 9 weeks, and every week I told myself it'll get better, it'll get easier. It never did.

Luckily for me, I got another job soon enough, so I was glad I didn't have to stay around too much longer.

It's work. It's hospitality. What can you expect. Wouldn't be the worst job but there definitely are better jobs out there so never stop looking.

Shoutout to the head managers though, they seemed to really care about their staff and their business, even if the other managers don't seem to be on the same page.

The first thing most days when I was there we would have a team meeting about what’s going to happen for the day how yesterday went and were we need to pick it up or try to find Solutions to fix the problem Cultuer Kings Try there best to get the people on the ground floor to have as much input into the production of the company if it sounds good they take it up top and try to run with it to see how it goes there are a lot of friendly staff at Culture Kings you do the right thing you get rewarded there are a lot of perks to working at Culture Kings great place to work best job I ever had I had to leave for personal reasons

Culture Kings. All your really paying for is the brand. 
You can find another similar/exact item for less then what you would pay for at Culture Kings. Don't waste your extra hard working money on a place like that. I agree the atmosphere is exciting and the live DJ's (dj smile and others) are great and that's about it.

Everything you could want in an employer is everything I got. I have never felt so valued as an employee and am always encouraged to suggest improvement or give valuable input or ideas forward. There is absolute potential for career progression. A family orientated cultured workplace where management are completely non judgemental a.discriminationdiscriminationt towards

Terrible warehouse management, filled with hypnotism and deception. Empty promises are used to force more productivity. The company bled people dry of shifts without notice, no communication. No interpersonal management techniques used but a lot of punishments handed down to entire workforce when they are confused what went wrong.

Culture kings is a good warehouse to work for, they train there employees well and everyone there is very friendly, you receive a YouFoodz feed for free every day you work as well which is a bonus and they have a mad basketball set up.
