Everyone did not enjoy working there and would constantly complain about the manager which made a very awkward environment. The manager was very stressed and frustrated constantly, which made it a terrible place to work. He would become rude and even throw plates. The shifts are inconsistent and not reliable, some people would get 2.5 hours every second week, and some people would constantly get 20 hours every week. Whilst not being able to provide an opportunity for employees to have reliable hours, they posted another job on indeed, which leads me to wonder if they are looking for younger people to pay less.

Crocs Clayton is horrible for the staff working there the staff are amazing sweet kids. Overworked, didn’t learn anything, impossible to manage, workplace culture was good only because of the people working there were fun , hardest part of the job was the customers and how horrible management and franchise owners are. Franchise owners do not care about what is happening in their stores. When I have kids I will never bring them to this place.

The passive aggressiveness!

One specific boss like playing "I'll be your best buddy" for a day, but there was ALWAYS a catch.
If things don't go her way, you're her biggest enemy, and she'll let you know!
Such heinous behavior.
They're only polite to you when it suits them, and there are ALWAYS false promises!

This job was great until it wasn't.
A job might be enjoyable to work at, but it is the management that will wreck it. 

Management were horrible, and changed literally every week for one month at one point. Managers were rude and inexperienced because no one who was actually qualified would want to work there. I was literally given one 2:30 hour shift every second week, while others got 8 hour shifts on both Sat and Sun. The friends I made were the only positive I got from working there.

The interview process was easy, answered a couple questions and got the job. I really liked working here, although it does get very busy and stressful at times. There are some benefits like free food but that's about it. All my managers have been great so no complaints. I have consistently being given shifts most of the time long ones. Overall a good first job to gain customer and cooking experience. 

I work at a Crocs playcentre but will be getting out asap .
The owners don't want to take the time to listen to management and have cut everybody's hour dramatically , I am no longer  getting what I started at and can barely afford bills plus living expenses .
I would not recommend working here not enough hours .

Chose favourites and only gave shifts to people they liked. Managers were verbally abusive and made it extremely unenjoyable because I had to do everyone’s jobs while the favourites would just stand there. Never caring about my unavailability and putting me on shifts that I was unable to attend. Worst and most toxic work environment I would not recommend ever working here.

This place went through six different managers and two companies in under a year. The pay was decent but you don't always get it on time. The expectations are that you work fast and accurately. Though it isn't advertised as a fast food place, the customers expect that speed from you. You'll be dealing with angry and frustrated, pregnant and young mothers as your main customers.

A typical day at crocs was a very relaxed but also pretty stressful day. Having to make sure that all the food and and party activities were ready and finished on time ready for the next party, all while making sure the rest of the customers were getting their food. The best part about my job was seeing all the kids faces light up when they saw Mr croc!

great customers coming through.We've always loved our visits here. Plenty to keep the kids amused. Only had trouble with one staff member being a little to blunt. Have a party booked in May so hopefully that goes well bit worried where my guests will sit once the party is over as they'll rebook the table we are on.
