Ok so this review is not a cheerful one so I'm going to start off with somthing positive.
The work is great, the traveling keeps it interesting.

Negatives involve the company.
Poorly managed 

Getting equipment on time does not happen regularly and likely to find your are using outdated plans, Nsw management talks so fast at times you would think he was hopped up on some illegal substance, you ask a question -  you have to repeatedly ask and likely still get no clear response for weeks if any.

Poor employee treatment. 

 All you will ever be is casual simply because at times there will not be work for months and there not willing to pay for that time but.... when there is if your not available that's not good enought.
Also under a previous abn defrauded hundreds of there employees of there super.
You will also regularly underpaid and expected to do work well above ur award.
Dont apply if your not in a major city you will only see a few weeks work if your lucky, thay will tell you there is alot of work but only if your willing to drive to the nearest state capital at your own cost with no accommodation.

Training 

No such thing,  the only training you will be offered is other employees who will be to busy to fulfill you training.

Shopfitting and merchandising all areas of the liquor land store.
Following direct orders from the team leader and always completing tasks on time or early.
Working great in teams and developing a positive and good relationship with co-workers.
Always providing help to others if needed or vice versa.
Making sure exact measurements and products are placed and precise where they need to be.

If the organisation is still being run to the ideals of MD T** B****, then, any employee willing to put in a genuine day's work will find ongoing employment with Credo.
I often noted where Credo would put itself out to assist a loyal employee through awkward times, assist them to get to workplace, and, generally treat team members as human beings.
I hope its still the same

SGS Malaga is not per say a production lab but a metallurgical lab where testing is carried out based on sample requirement. Thus everyday has its own challenges such as preparing and testing sample or provide a new or modified procedures for a project. Also pilot plant operation provided other challenges such as demand and productivity.

Definitely not the best place to work. Only got 40 hours month. Always hired new staff and gave hours away to them.

The job entailed shopfitting large warehouses. Not hard work, just take stock off shelves, take apart shelves and clean everything to make everything look presentable.

Not much to say about Credo Group.

I definitely learned a lot with the business, however I have been made redundant and am looking for other employment ASAP.

My co-workers were excellent to work with which made my days enjoyable. I had excellent client relationships which also made my role enjoyable.

Reshelving stock in  supermarkets, putting up and making new tickets satisfying but hard work. Night shift was the hardest but great drive home with no peak hour traffic. working days was graet especially in customer service telling the customers where we had shifted stock in a total refit of store.

Good management, productive and fun workplace, always have a team work, friendly workmate. learning different task its hard sometimes but at the end of the day you will find that it is easy.

i had a good time and learnt alot great people to work with fast environment night work was good for me hardest part was meeting deadlines before store would open

It was excellent work for the time I had it. It was a good bunch of people and the work was satisfying.

The hours could be a bit funny but otherwise not complaints and the money was good
