What is the best part of working at the company?
None, gave my best and got only 2 shifts.
Absolutely pathetic 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The loud noise and heat, it was costraphobic when busy.  The boss why a lier and a scumbage
He said I had the job then never asked me to work there again.  This left me with no income!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Clicky, could be nice to your face, but probably the opposite behind your back or when off work. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Didn't get the opportunity to stay there long enough to know.

I really enjoyed working Courthouse Hotel. Management was very helpful, especially with my move into management. I enjoyed the fast paced environment, with every day being a little bit different. I learnt a lot about the business side of the industry and I enjoyed the challenges set for me. The best part of my job was working the busy days with a great team of people.

Recent changes have improved but the hours lead to a less than great work/life balance. Staff are friendly but don't get the right push to work hard leaving most extra tasks left to the same few people. Has been slowly getting better with new management and extra input from Head Office

Working at the hotel was great the management of the hotel are awesome people and the work environment is relaxed I learned some valuable skills and enjoyed every moment of my employment

Working here help build my customer services and enthusiasm towards work, great people to work with with easy to get along with co-workers.

My day consists of cleaning, stacking and providing services to customer. The job was enjoyable and was not complicated to do.

Very well organised. Very good place to work always happy and flexible. Loved working here I left to stay at home with my two sons as my husband works a roster job.

A typical day at work would have been. Counting the safe and the tills for gaming and TAB. Interact with patron and resolve any issues in a timely and calm manor.

working at the courthouse hotel i was only doing work experience and it was a freindly attmosphere where everyone got along...

One amazing manager, great colleagues, happy environment. The new management, unfortunately, let this place down. If they re - open - management and training is key to success.

While working at the courthouse all the staff were friendly. We had a great team and we were able to work as a team. We used to help each other and support each other
