Facilitated the Accounts Payable function and supported the Reception Desk and responded to general enquiries. Reconciled petty cash , filing  and banking. 
The manager and I had a very honest and open relationship, where as I could freely discuss anything job related.
I had a good working relationship with co-workers.
The roll required prioritising to enable to meet deadlines.
 I can't say there was a hardest part just that the  least enjoyable was filing.

-Contract resources used to be a great company whilst I was employed and for the fellas you travelled with work with you couldn't get better. 
The company's been sold a few times since to investors who unfortanitly like to make the money but not invest back into the equipment But isn't a bad company to work for. 

Overall, Contract Resources is a great company to work for. The training that is provided is Nationally accredited and is provided whenever required. The people within the company are always looking out for each other and make it an enjoyable workplace. The pay and travel perks are great and no two days are the same.

Working with the Contract Resources team on a daily basis was a pleasure, culture change from a safety perspective was a slow but rewarding road.
Interstate travel and project work was challenging and educational.

Avoid working for Crs, you can sometimes go for months without work and are expected to work non-stop with a can't say no attitude. Extremely lacks any career advancement and will make you do supervision roles and work without paying you for it.

I'm a maintenance operator of ultra high pressure water blasting and a sandblaster at the same time. I also doing paint job specially a poly sprayer (poly protective painting) which dry in few second.

Tool Box in then morning followed by daily roles and tasks.
Daily pre-start checks on all equipment prior to leaving site.

A great company to work for, but only contractual and sporadic work. I worked on the Barrow island during a shutdown on night shift. I liked the work and the crew was very helpful and compliant.
