Awesome work arrangements. I felt like home. Always feels to work hard and finish work with lot of happiness.

Do your first-off checks first, to see if machinery is in proper working conditions.If machine is faulty, stop machine and report to manager.If working on faulty machines, scrap and rework is the first liability for the company and also may cause the company to shutdown. So please do it right the first time because you might not get a chance to do it over.

Culture is undesirable and cliquey. One of the trainer managers used me as a gossipping football and slandered me. I do not know how he got his job. The team manager was good to me but i had to constantly watch over my shoulder. Emmensely lacking in its inability to team up good people with good people. It is a workplace that allows conflict and shouting.

I will not recommend employment here to anybody.



On the phones can be quite a challenge, you do get a laugh in between calls, can also be very stressful due to certain procedures.

Co-workers are generally great people, but management and CEO are unpolite, demanding and most times unreasonable. Managers will bully you to do work even if you are off work sick, don't allow much time off either for annual leave.

to me, the hardest part of the job was to configure the test hardware and software for 3D pointer calibration. I spent about two months to set up the camera system and another three months to complete the test program.

Routine maintenance works, sharpened my skill in hydraulics & pneumatic + handyman works, fair management, diversity of culture environments,working on time pressure,everyday of different breakdowns.

Everybody knows their job and requirements. Standard of engineering is not the best and pay is lower quartile. People are friendly and happy. Every day I could do something creative.

Good place to work, however career progression is not clear. People working there for over 3 years, did not move up, have left, etc. However, close from home and I have enjoyed my time.

Very easy and simple job. I have learned how to assemble a Ford Cockpit. The managements are great and easy going. Everyone is great there we worked as a family.
