Complete Office Supplies

Complete Office Supplies was a company that welcomed me with open arms and made my introduction into the workforce a whole lot easier. I worked there for 2 months full time before changing to casual hours due to me starting a university degree. They were very understanding of this and gave me shifts that worked around my university timetable.

Definitely not what you know, it’s who you know with COS. As long as you lose your self respect and be able to toot the managers horns and always be in their good books by establishing personal relationships  you will be fine. Not a place for hard working honest people.

This is a family oriented business.

I loved being out in the field visiting customers.

Management are fantastic. 

Culture is fantastic as the owner is hands on.

Losing a customer over pricing.

I enjoyed this job so much.

Initial one year was good but then expectations were too high even if paying lowest minimum salary.
Overall not a good experience working here.Family owned company so all rules are defimed by them.

Clear guidance and encouragement from management. Opportunity to operate autonomously within assigned client portfolio.
A great team to have shared part of my career journey with (based in Melbourne office).

COS offers a good starting point in your career that other larger organisations may not. You'll be given the opportunity to meet challenges and proof yourself if you are willing to work hard and make your mark.

Great place to work. A fantastic family business with enormous opportunities for the right people. I would recommend Cos as an employer for those looking for  enjoyment while facing tough daily challenges.

Excellent place to work! They prioritise training and autonomy allowing you to make the most of each day and complete your work to high degree. Great team of people working there and lots of fun.

I was only with the company for a short period of time. I did find it to be a male dominated company.  
While I was there I found fellow employees very nice.

But I couldn’t pay some of my bills with the pay I was getting and especially because it was fortnightly 

Working at COS was good but needed a better rate and all 
I learnt so much from COS
