I enjoy working for CNS I have worked for CNS for almost 15 years I know that management and the nurses I get to work with are amazing compared to working in a nursing home or hospital hospice and home health care is the best kind of care patients are always happier when they're at home but CNS compared to other  Nursing homes and hospitals and even other  home health and hospice  Companies  Do not pay  As well.   Also our insurance is not as good as it could be. I do love working for CNS it is a great company other than those things

Home heath care required a vehicle to drive to homes of clients. 

Magement is a joy to work with. They are supportive and open, available for staff and provide training opportunities. 

You are given a list of clients to visit and times needed to be there, but largely left to work at your own pace. Management encourages you to get to know your clients and make sure their needs are met.

You get to kind of set your own schedule and availability and they work around that as much as possible.
Management never fails to let you know that you are doing a good job, and that they do appreciate all your work. 
The hardest part of the job is making sure you leave your clients on time, because most of the time you get lost in conversations and lose track of time. 
The most rewarding part of the job is knowing that you have made your clients day and meeting their needs.

I love CNS. Southern Utah's office is a small cozy office with managers that really care about the employees. Home health/ hospice is a constantly changing environment that gives lots of experiences. You get to be one on one with patients with out the stress of needing to be with multiple people at the same time. Raises are not guaranteed because the company is non- profits which can be frustrating.

Cns has been very flexible with a schedule that works with my family life. The benefits and paid time off are excellent also. They are a very community focused company, and I feel like they focus on the patient first. This isn't just a job for me but a career.

Overall a great place to work.  I might do a few little things differently BUT CNS is my favorite. Very ethical, friendly,  helpful, UNDERSTANDING and puts staff ans patients first.  I'm grateful to be part of the CNS clinical team

I am very proud to be a member of the CNS team.  Our corporate management team makes us feel like family and makes us feel appreciated.  I love my job and the ability to work with so many different people in our healthcare related field.

I really enjoy working for CNS. The hours are good, and they are very flexible with my schedule which I love! The nurses and management are all awesome and definitely care for our patients and their employees.

I am a full time registered nurse. Work is challenging but rewarding. I get to use all sorts of nursing skills. I enjoy not being stuck in a building all day.
