a typical day at work would be talking to the supervisor about mosaics and making general conversation.

I have learnt to cut and shape tiles to make a mosaic piece, and I have also learnt to use and make grout and use the tile adhesive.

the management could be a bit better but all in all it is appropriate.

workplace culture is great, the atmosphere of people working together is great, everyone gets along well and have no dramas.

the hardest part about the job is that you have to try not to cut yourself with sharp pieces of the tiles.

the most enjoyable part about mosaicking and being at communicare is the people are nice and like to chat, everyone gets along and you have fun working.

A typical day of work is a full on day. the moment I start to finish. I was a second in charge (2IC) I do monthly assessment of staff, monthly credit card balance record. I manage to train new and old staff. 
What I learned is improving my good time management skills, my written and verbal communication skills. 
The work place culture was great, staff and management are supportive.
The hardest part of the job is to balance my work towards the staff at the same time have my own clients to look after.
The most enjoyable is to have a good and friendly staff that we have. I am so proud of them and the team.

Staff that I worked with who were dediacted to providing the best guidance and support for those seeking education and job searches

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Top heavy with management who werent alwaysin touch with what the staff required to provide top quality support  Constant changing of middle management.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Where I worked there was an attitude of providing top quality support for their clients. Overall a team effort.

It is not a easy job as a landscaper. It need physical built and mind strengthen. Especially, you work within a church and cemetery. You need to aware of the weather and the wind flow direction. Its' difficult to clear the pathway and shaping the trees in the rainy day.  You need to run the machinery in rigth method otherwise the grass will be bent in different direction.

you will be working out in the sun and working on all types of thing so you could be doing painting one day then you could be doing a job that needs two or more people and it could be heavy and some day you could be doing anything from simple yard work to be working out on the track and re placing railway sleepers and putting new ones in and compacting the new ones in all by hand.

typical day at work was helping people who needed food,always learned that there are people in need ,management were great ,very safe place to work in ,the hardest part of the job was at Christmas because there was so much work to do but we always got the job done . enjoyable part of the day was seeing such a happy face from the people we gave food to

Training given in unrelated topics not related to the work day or computer systems;
No parking provided;
very unrealistic KPI's;
No local activities to link our clients to;

It started out a very small business and over years the lady whom open and started the business and done such a well job working and helping the communities of needs
