Management is indifferent to what is going on. This is an M&A organisation. It acquires smaller entities, then lays off employees employed at the time of acquisition and moves these employees' jobs offshore. The layoffs are twice a year—right before Christmas and right before Easter.   Based on this pattern of behaviour, one can judge this workplace culture - you are constantly in stress mode about your role becoming redundant.  

Cognizant is an international consulting firm provider of information technology, business consulting, enterprise applications and IT infrastructure. Unfortunately, there is limited software programming jobs nowaday.

I learn alot from this consulting firm as I had been seconded to different companies with different company's protoccol and different IT applications, and different work environment. People are very friendly and helpful, and team work is definately the key.

	Responsible for Change Management, Employee Orientation, Training & Development, Retention & localization.
	Preparation/Revision of Work Rules as per local laws.
	Prepare, process, and/or review employee personnel transactions, ensure compliance with applicable laws and rules concerning promotions, transfers, separations and other actions.
	Administer the preparation and processing of payrolls, leaves, worker’s compensation, insurance enrollments, retirement and other employee benefit programs

The salary is competetive. But the Management never cares to their agent. We go to work even though theres a lot of positive agents during covid days. When i resign and abiut to get my things to my locker area the HR throw all my things including the Company assests without notifying me , so i has to pay it though it's not my fault.

Have been with them for more than 10 years in USA. Great HR and Talent policies, remuneration not so great, excellent immigration policies. Opportunities to work in multiple countries of your choice per the project need. Culture is reflective of how multiple accounts manages their workforce at a client space.

Ok to work for. Lot of training opportunities. some times it can be a challenge to cope up with.
Most work is with local clients. They are as well trying to grow in Australia market.
