As an experienced quality inspector I was able to get out and do my job without too much interference from management.

The amount of expected unpaid overtime hours was extreme.
I found way too much nepotism within the recruitment of unskilled people on the project.

The hardest part of the job as always was the difficult client.
I usually enjoy my job because I know what I'm doing and I do it well.

Excellent construction job. I was given a chance to learn new skills being Hydro testing and use of my mechanical fitting skills. FIFO experience in its true sense and excellent remuneration. Do it again.

Work ethics instilled by the company made for pleasant work place. 
Management were prompt to deal with any situation and approachable.

Working on pipelines, everything that I did in this role was a learning experience. From seeing the gas and mining project for the first time to leaning and becoming an experienced Challenger operator.

Given the opportunity I can see myself being in this industry for the life of this type of work.

Job satisfaction after you have completed a task since being in construction i have learned alot how to get on with a lot of co workers the hardest part of the job is being away from family for three weeks at a time and the best part for me is to get home to see my wife and kids

A typical day at work would consist of preparing materials and fabricating jobs then installing.
Management and co-worker were awesome.
The hardest part of the day would have to be the heat whilst swinging off a welder, but, the most enjoyable part of the day would be the cool early mornings and get'n paid.
