Even though waking up extremely early was a challenge, it helped get me in the perspective of full-time workers. The environment filled with different people from different cultures was fresh and very refreshing. The hardest part of the job was when I left alone to stock a whole pile of items by myself. The most enjoyable part was when my manager allowed me to drive a forklift.

Easy work, amazing pay, alright people and fair management. Casuals seem to come and go though so wouldn't say its a secure job. Bit of favouritism from the managers to certain workers and ignorance when these workers slack off. Good break room and facilities and clean environment. Hardest part is accuracy. Most enjoyable is the people and processes.

Not the most pleasant workplace. A lot of things get dusted under the rug. Staff are over worked and under appreciated. You are just another number. Job description is doesn't entail the correct information about the positions. More Like a call center. Customer Service deal with inbound calls approx. 70-100 a day with a most being angry customers. Basically get thrown in the deep end with minimal training.

If looking for casual job just couple months then it’s ok and don’t expect full time job, they will tick you out before 6months, giving lame excuses about your performance and their favourite reason “ we aren’t busy so take an off “. Will call you when it’s busy, which never happened. I won’t recommend for person who is looking stable n full time job

The actual work was great, easy and not too hard on your body but the job culture and ,management is the worst you will ever come across. Racism is still alive because of the people they have as supervisors. Discrimination and racism is what they specialise in. if you want to wake up and cry about going to work, this is where you should apply.

I found CH2 to be supportive, fair, and customer driven.  Due to COVID19 I had to be let go otherwise I would have still been there.  Management has an open door policy and are very approachable.  They encourage fresh ideas.

I worked for Ch2 for 6 years, never a bad work spoken about me and a totally loyal employee until management decided they wanted me out. Very underhanded company and full of nepotism in Tasmanian operations. Lots of promises with no morals for employees 

Management is not honest and have no skills or prior experience to be a Manager. Does not have people skills and does not follow protocols and procedures

Can be busy and a lot of work but you're rewarded for it and great culture. Management is very supportive. Given a chance to grow and never micromanaged.
