On a specific project, eg; Spring Carnival (Melbourne Cup) I have learnt a lot of new things especially, people management skills, communication skills, time management and most of all, waste management skills in particular resource and infrastructure set up deployment techniques and skills.
I have being very fortunate to work under and alongside some very experienced and skilful events and venue managers.
I enjoyed the company of my co workers and other contractors that we were assigned to work with, or shared similar job objectives.
For me, the hardest part of the job was meeting deadlines and handing over of the venue back to the clients, making sure to meet safety and quality standards and working within the budget specifications for the project.
The most enjoyable part of my job was the challenge to execute my duties within company requirements and standards, found a wholesale of satisfaction when projects or events were accomplished, objectively,  on a high note both professionally and administratively.

For this job I got stuck with some bloke who thought he had to make an example out of me, even though everyone around me said i had done a great job, customers as well because they had the pleasure of watching this guys meltdowns. After 2 days and me basically walking of site because of the abuse from this terrific bloke (your answers won't allow profanity so you only get half the story, your choice not mine) they moved me down in to pit lane markets which was basically just trash collecting so a real easy way to finish of my week. 
I will never work for these guys again if a terrific bloke can become a supervisor for a company associated with V8 Supercars Australia.

It was a reasonably fair place to work where you were paid fairly well according to the work you do. There were a few perks like being able to watch the home games at the stadium if you were working.
The one problem is that sometimes,management were a bit disorganized e.g,rosters and with our weekly pays.
Otherwise, it was not a bad place to work. I would actually recommend it to anyone.

i enjoyed working for cleanevent as it was joyfull and a friendly atmosphere. As it was hard work but the time went quickly and i,m every much a team worker but in saying that i can take instractions and very capable of working on my own i have good customer relations. As for the hardes part of the job there was not to many as i enjoyed the work a happy worker is a good worker and i think you should take time to give me a go thankyou

Company provided opportunities in getting upgraded work skills, for example forklift licence, OHS training.

Scope to initiate ideas within your current position.

When capable to work without supervision this was encouraged and truely appreciated.

Feedback was always provided and this was important.

I have the chance to work on events around the county such as Colour run events at Wollongong, Canberra, Olympic Park etc. meet different worker from different culture most important thing is to focus on what your doing especially  when dealing with bigger events list the Sydney Easter show, V-8 super car....etc.

It was a good place to work you get to work at all different events different stadiums see alot of famous people and sometimes you get to meet them alot of easy going people work there aswell

everyday at both the showgrounds and ANZ stadium was just everyone complaining about their job. Nobody wanted to be a cleaner there yet everyone loved the money they got for doing it.

The job is enjoyable when you know what you're doing and you complete it on time. the hardest part of the job is when you have customer complaining about an items they bought from the store and you don't know how you're going to help them
