A typical Day would be made of Staff training and mentoring, Sales meetings, checking staff performance through sales statistics and seeing clients throughout the presentation and closing at the end of the presentation.

I learned the art of communication with the ability to hold the clients hand through the decision making process.

Management was very well structured with a lot of experience to share.

The place had a fantastic workplace culture.

The most enjoyable part of the job for me was helping in the growth of the staff who progressed onto management positions.

The hardest part of the job was going through a day where nothing went right and picking up the pieces to win the next day.

Having my day planned out before entering the work doors, knowing what is important and needs to be done 1st before the less needed.

I have learnt what is right and what is wrong working at Classic holidays, ways that managers work which I know is wrong but when advising them its wrong they want me to take the blame.

what i enjoy most is seeing everyone smiling and being happy.work is not the same if you don't have a happy vibe in the company.

the hardest part is confronting manager that they are not always right and there are other solutions.

The day would start out fine but was very hard to hear customers on the phone as there was always music playing in our office and was often to loud.
They were very pushy for you to keep contacting members after the member would tell you there not interested.
My co-workers were really nice people and always gave encouragement when your day was not going to good.
The hardest part of the job was getting the members to stay on the phone and not hang up on you and also making the sale.

travelling an hour roughly to your allocated destination ( west fields, olympic park or festival)

Good working atmosphere with fellow workers always a laugh 

The hard part of working as a OPC for classic holidays is rotating rosters & slow days when you have to stand on your feet all day 

although every job has its struggles , theres never a dull moment , great co workers & reasonable pay for the amount of work you do .

What is the best part of working at the company?
Best part of working at Sandy Point for classic was that every team member was a team player and amazing to work with 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing all was great . We were made to feel special and happy 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The best team culture . Everyone got a long and did their job and was very helpful with one another 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
5 hours cleaning apartments in a group of 2 or 3 girls

Start at 9am finish approx 1 pm
Wages where $25 hr weekdays $30 on Saturday 
The managers where friendly and approachable and look after their staff
The company also offer incentives with amazing prizes
It’s strenuous and hard on  the body however you work in teams of 3/4 and rotate which area you clean each new cabin.
The girls where great to work with

Having fun working with great people outside in different locations, and you earn what you are worth. They don't pressure the Staff, as the job itself is challenging, but moral and physical support are always there for you.

I had a very good work experience at Classic Holidays. I learned a lot from them. They're all very good and kind to me. In return, I worked hard for them. I built strong relationships with my colleagues and superiors. I gained lasing friendships. The office environment were never toxic.

It was a fun environment most of the time, but could also be quite stressful as with any sales job. There was also a lot of opportunities to work in different locations around Australia and New Zealand, which were paid for by Classic

booking members holiday,i learned to be patient with members and their needs,co -workers brilliant, hardest of the job is multi-tasking,the most enjoyable part of the job happy members.
