Typical day is routine work and maintenance of equipment on a day to day basis.Gained a lot of knowledge in this field. Management are very helpful and understanding to all staffing needs.Friendly work collages and always helpful to each other.

Citywide has employees that have stayed for 8, 10, 20 years. This sounds good but it means the culture is old and opportunity is limited. The culture  is tired and failing and the management are disinterested. I worked in Corporate and the nickname given to us was the mortuary or the graveyard. Says a lot.

Management with little or no experience for their roles. Some personnel have worked into roles completely outside their experience and knowledge and this is very evident to their decisions and outcomes. Not recommended until a management clean out has taken place.

Moved from New Zealand and worked for Citywide Service Solution in Melbourne and they were welcoming and enjoyed working not just for Company but the people and the environment. Managers were awesome and supported. Moved here to Brisbane for family why I left the Company.

I takes a long time to move up I kept asking for chainsaw pants and still didn't get them, there tight on using gloves,  management isn't professional, they use people and spit them out.

Disregard for safety. 
Culture of bullying.
Careless disregard for quality of work.
Lack of any professional advancement.
Complete lack of leadership.
Unuprochable management.

I worked with the company for a number of years and enjoyed my time with the company. I chose to leave to look after my youngest child as my wife returned to full time employment.

My job I loved until I was made redundant.   Since then I have not had the same work life or balance and miss the job and what it brought for me.  I feel I miss the place and wish I could find another place to work at.

Friendly and supportive work place with lots of great employees, good hours and supportive management plus a great location to work for the day couldn't ask for a better work place

Had fun working for citywide, the people were great, the work was fun and it paid fairly well for my age.
I got along with management pretty easily and got great networks from them also.
